      Feeple 65 Chloe, Pukifee Vanilla, both with SP's and no face-ups

      Direct from FL on 03/5/2013.

      * How was the communication?
      Very good.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      about 2.5 months

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes for the PKF, no for the F65 as detailed below

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      my Pukifee was in perfect condition, but the F65 had a fauly head-back that I actually had to sand down in order to attach her head! her SP was/is very loose (need eye putty to stay attached to the head back at all) and she did not come with the default glass eyes (it specifically states in her listing that random 16mm eyes are included) also her hand magnet fell out as soon as I removed her hand (it really wasn't glued in at all)

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      FL did respond quickly to my e-mail, I had fixed the head-back myself and they agreed to ship me her glass eyes (they arrived about a week later via EMS, in a very big box for one pair of eyes!) I was pleased that they helped resolve the issues, but they really need to examine the dolls more carefully before sending them out, a $700+ doll should not have this many problems!

      Indeed.

      Very good, fast reply to my emails and questions

      unlike other times I have ordered their was a bug with the payment button, so I had to send the money instead. still easy

      *How long did it take to ship?
      There was a delay but many people also had the same issue for orders that month

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes I think so

      * Did the item look like the sales picture?
      The face up was a little disappointing, it seemed dull, very grey, in the sales pictures its looks, warmer and purple around the eyes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      The doll itself is great, the face up my be a little different but its still very pretty.

      - I got a payment confirmation and shipping notice.

      - Paypal, very easy.

      - My order was shipped 10th October 2013 and I received it 16th October 2013. It took about 2,5 months.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      - Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      - Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      - Yes.

    5. What did you order?
      LTF Chloe in NS

      When did you order?
      October 12.

      How was the communication?
      Clear and friendly, it took around 48 hours for a response.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Simple through PayPal

      How long did it take to ship?
      My doll shipped on January 6th and arrived January 9th. So, almost 3 full months.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No. Compared to my previous Fairyland dolls, I was very disappointed.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      No. The doll arrived with very bad seams caused by poor mold alignment and a crack developing in her arm.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I contacted Fairyland with photos of the damage my doll arrived with. They apologized for the issue and agreed to cast and ship replacement pieces. I received the box today and am satisfied with the resolution.

      Feeple60 female body, 3 Feeple60 hand parts and 2 Minifee hand parts.

      *How was the communication?
      I didn't have to communicate with them, but the last time I did, they were prompt in their replies.

      *How easy was it to pay?
      I just used Paypal. Easy-peasy. :)

      *How long did it take to ship?
      Really short considering I ordered during an event! My order was shipped on December 17, 2013 and I got the package on the 23rd.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! Their resin is a little thinner/lighter than other companies but I believe they make up for it with the great engineering.

      * Did the item look like the sales picture?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so. :) The only problem I had was that the body was strung really tightly. I had to restring it after just unboxing it. But other than that, I'm happy.

      Three LTF dolls, one extra set of hands

      * When did you order?
      Beginning of October, 2013

      * How was the communication?
      I didn't have any communication with FairyLand during this order, however, at other times, communication has been good

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy via Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipping exceeded the estimated time; the package arrived at the end of December

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes; though I had some loose magnets, overall the quality of dolls in this order was good

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, aside from the loose magnets, but those have been repaired here

      When did you order?
      Beginning of November 2013


      How was the communication?
      Poor. I would often wait four or more days for a response, and even then I found the messages brusque and bordering on rude.


      How easy was it to pay?
      Incredibly, via PayPal.


      How long did it take to ship?
      Much, much longer than the 40 day timeframe I was initially given. I did not receive my Pukisha until early February (shipped v. late January).


      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.


      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.


      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes. No complaints about the product itself.

      * When did you order? 27 dec 2013
      * How was the communication? I didn't write them at board. E-mail updates were ok.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy via paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Eternity. I got my order in early april. So... 3 months!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Slightly no. My old minifee's quality is better than new one T_T New minifees have cheaping and cast defects.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. I ordered nude dolls without makeup.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I like the way its packed, boxes and, of course, minifees but a bit disappointed about quality.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I didn't write fairyland about cheaping at first 7 days(didn't know about this possibility) and now it's late.

      August 2014, through Denver Doll Emporium

      * How was the communication?
      Very good.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality was terrible. All of the resin pieces had spots actually missing paint, the gun was broken and the corset top was missing an entire two sides of chains.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      No.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      I was horrified. I will never purchase another Fairyland item ever. Not even second hand. This company should be ashamed of what it's turned into.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Denver Doll worked with Fairyland on my behalf to return and repair all the damaged pieces. I wish I had never taken them up on it. Fairyland kept my peices for 9 months, then when they were confronted with not returning them, they said they had mailed them directly to me and they got lost in the mail. Then they said they would send out another set but the gun wouldn't be painted because the person who paints the guns quit. They offered me $75 refund because of the unpainted gun. Interestingly enough, when I got this "NEW" set, it was in the exact same box with the exact same packaging that I returned it in! So Fairyland lied and had terrible quality control.

      * How was the communication?
      Really easy and fast. I had a couple of questions, and they were answered in about a day.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I paid through PayPal, so very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My doll was shipped out on June 19, 2015

      The quality is fantastic!

      Yes, and even better in person.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied! The doll is very beautiful and a great poser. They even gave her blue eyes, because I asked for them.

      I didn't have any problems. I'm very satisfied.

      -Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?: Direct from Fairyland

      -How was the communication?: Very good. My order details updated as described from Item Processing to Before Shipping. Fairyland communicated via email with the sales order and shipping details. I emailed to let them know she'd arrived and they replied quickly and professionally letting me know how easy it is to replace any broken parts or report any issues. Top notch communication.

      -How easy was it to pay?: Easy payment with Paypal

      -How long did it take to ship?: Super fast. I was very worried Ante would take at least the 40 days processing listed on the website. She was shipped just 2 weeks and 2 days after the order. The flight number of the shipment was listed in the tracking and it only took 2 days to clear Canadian customs - with no duty fees. Order to door was less than 3 weeks total.

      -Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?: Yes. These dolls are expensive but beautifully made - worth the money.

      -Did the item look like the sales pictures?: Better than.

      -Were you satisfied with the product?: Very much. The default face up is beautiful. They chose lovely purple eyes and added eyelashes. They even blushed the tips of her elf ears. I love how sturdy she feels. She is well strung and easy to pose. I love her knee caps! And the magnet system is insanely awesome. She fits a wide range of clothing because it is so easy to remove her hands and feet.

      -If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?: N/A

      -Would you order from this company again?: As soon as possible. Love the product.

      -Would you buy this company's products second-hand?: I'll buy new, and direct from Fairyland.

      Yes. Rheia is a beautiful doll, her company faceup i quite lovely and well done and the other items I ordered are also very well made.

      I'm absolutely satisfied with this purchase. It arrived faster than expected too, even with the event period and lunar holiday potentially prolonging the processing time.

      Their communication was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and helpful :)

      She changed to before shipping on May 3rd and I received her tracking information on May 4th. She arrived to me on May 6th, which was very fast and unexpected!
      Over all it took just about a month from when I ordered her.

      Her quality is fantastic! I absolutely adore her :)

      She does.

      They were really great! I used the discussion board to answer any queries, and add items.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy (paypal)

      She became before shipping on the 17th of May, and shipped out on the 18th. She arrived in Australia on the 23rd, and would have come faster if it wasn't for the weekend!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely. The body is amazingly well designed.

      Yes

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      YES! I am completely enamoured with her. Yes, she has a few seam lines and I can see sanding marks, but they are few and far between, and not that noticeable. I do not own any other dolls of comparable size to say the difference in quality.

      * When did you order? I order her April 30th
      * How was the communication? the communication was amazing fairyland was super nice and i was very comfortble ordering from them. it was my first every order from the company.
      * How easy was it to pay? very easy i payed with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? It took about 2 months to be shipped out. Once they shipped out took two days. They shipped her out june 18th on a saturday and she got here monday june 20th afternoon. very impressed with the super fast shipping and the box wasn't damage at all.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very appropriate! You would think it be a little more by how well she looks.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? She looks way better in person then in their photos. Pictures on their company site does not give them justice.
