1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fairyland Feeple60 Discussion - Part 15

    1. Thanks; And what makes it weird is that the person who got her did so specifically to trade (WTT) for something else…? I believe they have every right to do what they want, don’t get me wrong, but do people really have more luck trading than buying to the point of ordering dolls just to trade them?

    2. Oh man, that’s frustrating.
This has happened to me before, and something better came around shortly after, so it makes me feel a bit better to think that perhaps it was fate and happened for a reason.

    3. Does anybody have a photo of what the regular faceup for Sia looks like (not the fullset version?). DDE has an in-stock Sia with a faceup that is tempting me.

    4. Hey, so I actually emailed DDE the other day about a totally different in-stock doll’s faceup and asked if they could send me a picture of her, and they did! I’m glad I inquired, too, because it differs quite a bit from the company photo. You could try doing that.

    5. I got my lovely Sia tan last week. Her regular head was tweeked to the side and the face protector was cracked both sides. I'm dressing her, heads tilting horribly to the side, and I'm not fond of the twist off head back at all. Pop the top and her head is broke. There was no damage to the box at all. No indents, push in spots, nada. Where the key comes over the bottom corner was broken. And it was half as thick as the skull head. I'm thinking she was broken in packing as there is no other signs of box damage. Grrrrr..

She is still heart-rendingly beautiful with her skull face. She's currently lounging on my bed. I am otherwise, over the moon!

    6. I will definitely do that! I was also curious about Mirwen, but looking at the in person photo I am not a fan of her faceup at all, and I hate to pay for it just to wipe it away.

    7. So DDE emailed me back, and the in-stock Sia has the same faceup as the Crow Witch and I'm so tempted to put her on layaway. She's gorgeous! The only thing holding me back is that I'm not a fan of the moe body, but I don't see an option to order anyone other than Miwa with the fairyline body? Is there a big difference in poseability? I've watched a YouTube video comparing all 3 bodies, and I really love the older body.

    8. Dollmore has four (or five?) colors of those heels @LiselT - some are patent
some are matte. Seem like a great choice! Just be careful - the do have
some heels that will be too large - for 7.5cm foot not the smaller Moe foot.

Boy do I ever agree with you @Nabbs - I wish they had not discontinued the
‘normal’ F60 body - it is so much more beautiful than the Moe body. Altho
I have to say, the Moe feet are quite cute! I thought I’d read some time ago
that Fairyland had said they’ve no intention to bring it back. :(

    9. Was the original body similar to the a-line Minifee body? I much prefer the a-line body for mnf. I don’t dislike my long legged moe bodies, but I would prefer something similar to the a-line, and I just flat out hate the body on my first F60 doll, which was a moe regular body.

    10. Would a Feeple65 head fit on a Feeple60 body? I also REALLY love how Ingrid and Angela look, but I think the taller body is just too big for my liking. I have a Dollshe that mostly lives in his box because he's so big. *_*

    11. I've see a youtube vid that swapped the heads of a Feeple 60 and 65. It's from 8 years ago though. But she mentioned the key not being able to twist. It does look proportional in a more realistic way vs the usual "dolly" look that FL does.

      Around 3:35 min in.

    12. Thank you!

    13. yes, @AnnC the original Feeple60 was quite similar to the minifee A-line.
What a complete shame that they discontinued it…. The more natural
waistline is just so much more appealing to me. And I thought they used
to offer at least a couple of alternate bust sizes - like in the minifee.
Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be available anymore either.

    14. Was it taller as well? It is tricky to find clothes for my Mirwen, who is on the regular moe. My other 2 girls are on long legs and can share a lot of clothing with my Smart Doll

    15. Does anyone have in person photos of Sia (Crow Witch version)? I'm so undecided, and have started looking at Feeple65 so I'll never make up my mind at this point. Angela and Ingrid are so gorgeous, too. I would love any in person photos of any Feeple60 or Feeple 65 at this point. :sweat

    16. Has anyone tried to modify a moe body by using a dremel/something similar to recreate the older 3-part torso? Just curious if it's possible or realistic to try. It looks like the Fairyline body is quite a bit more expensive, and if I'm understanding correctly the extra torso joint isn't really for posing, but interchanging fantasy parts.

    17. DDE has a bunch of Sias in stock now, I'm in trouble! I would love to see any photos of how the moe body poses. I've tried to watch as many YouTube videos as I can to get an idea. Still torn on if I want to switch my dolls to SD size.

    18. Anybody else have a F60 head with a really loose headcap? My Ria’s headcap is ridiculously loose. If you shake her head, the head cap jiggles loosely on the back of her head. She is a 2022 doll.

    19. Hmm, my F60 El from 2014 has a slightly loose headcap, but it's fine once a wig is on. I've also had Delf headcaps (with the same headcap system) be ridiculously loose. I usually put a tiny glob of eye putty somewhere between the head and cap to at least keep it from rattling
