1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fairyland MiniFee MNF discussion part 67

    1. Atlantis is one of my favorite animated movies. Your Kida looks amazing!

    2. Thank you! It's the Disney LE Kida outfit, I'm so glad that it fits Minifee

    3. I was the same way! I wasn't really a big fan of her for years, either, maybe because I felt like everywhere I turned there was another and after awhile they kind of looked the same to me? It's amazing what a faceup can do though! I was totally taken aback when I realized Chloe was the sculpt I was looking for and then again when her faceup was done. Now she's one of my favorites! :D

    4. Hi all, I haven't been in this thread in a long while. I'm waiting on a tan Iset I ordered in February from Denver Doll, does anyone think it's realistic she may show up next month or are they a bit more behind than that?

    5. @reaperofleaves the waitlist is a good way to gauge, between checking shipping dates there and progress in the waiting room (adding yourself to the waitlist page is voluntary of course, so it's incomplete. I check both!) is a good way to stay appraised of the turnaround time right now. They seem to be making great progress with the December orders right now! I'm right there with you, I ordered two mnfs in March lol. I think we've got a while to wait, but companies almost always get swamped with western orders in December due to the holidays and promo events, so they may be able to make up some ground on the calendar, so to speak, once they wrap those up!

    6. So I don't have a picture of a minifee with a barbie specifically, but my mature tiny Myou girl wears Barbie clothes and is more or less the same size as a barbie. Here she is standing next to my Minifee Altis girl. Hopefully this is helpful!

    7. @CygneNoir My girl's a Unoa L-Bi on a Minifee A line body (so technically on topic for your question). Here's a comparison with a Barbie and Ever After High, and the link in case something goes wrong:

    8. I have an old one! MNF female with the cutie legs and wearing heels.

    9. She just seemed like that typical "pretty girl" sculpt to me and I wanted more unique finds before. Everyone was just doing pretty girl makeup on her back then too so I never got a chance to see her looking like this. It definitely changed how I see her.

    10. Similarly to you, I really didn't like Chloe because the majority of them were done in a pretty, but incredibly generic manner - they all looked the same.

My Chloe is my attempt to break that generic "pretty girl" approach.... I think she works.

    11. Where do you buy clothes, shoes, wigs for a boy minifee?

    12. Kim SunHwa has shared pictures of the new Minifee boy and my god do I love him White thin wig as always but I really love what I can see from his outfit and I adore his face

    13. Etsy, mostly, although sometimes Luts has decent sales on their clothes.

    14. what do you search under? Minifee Boy or MSD?

    15. @malvinas, @Thymeseer, @thakyuki, thank you all so much! After looking at these I ended up putting an m-line Ria on preorder, after I thought I'd decided to never buy a MSD doll ever. :whee: I'm hoping the IRL size works out!

    16. Mostly just stuff like "msd pants" or "minifee shirt". I have enough variety in my collection that if it doesn't fit the doll I'm thinking of, it'll fit SOMEBODY down the line.

    17. I search for "bjd slim msd" There is a difference between regular MSD and Slim msd. Boy clothing tends to be a little more forgiving though because you don't want it to be as tight. I sometimes buy stuff for the slim MSD girls that is less fitted so it would look alright on a boy. If you can sew, there are some good patterns out there too.

    18. Ria is a great first choice for a MNF! Sometimes even with a million reference photos, having the doll in person and in your own hands gives the best perspective. ;)

    19. Such an unusual Chloe, I love her looks! I used to like Chloe many years ago, but nowadays there seem to be too many of them looking pretty much the same... + my tastes somewhat changed. It's great to see something different!

I've been thinking about getting a Minifee for a long while, but there were always other dolls... Until this May, when I saw MNF Eva and immediately grabbed her :D She's in a need of a body, though. I'm not sure if I want to get a FL body or go for a hybrid, say, Dollzone or Doll Leaves body... I was considering a chubbier body, but now I don't think it'll work for her.

So here she is with random eyes and wig (poor quality pic):

    20. @elsie_f She looks really cute:D Even though you say her eyes and wig are random they actually suit her very well.

My Rens currently wears some cheap 1/6 clothing fromAliexpress (under 5$) because none of my MSD clothing (slim or otherwise) would fit her right, it was all a bit too loose. She's also the smallest doll in my all MSD collection.

Seeing them compared to Barbie, wow:aeyepop: I don't recall Barbie as being so tiny, interesting to see! I find my Rens almost too tiny.
