I finished my boy's faceup yesterday. I already ordered him new eyes with smaller irises, but I have to admit that the oversized ones are growing on me a little when re-positioned. Now he just needs lashes.

 

@Robyn_in_WA I am more than happy to make sure she gets all the love in her new home! Thank you for letting me adopt her again!

And I agree, something about Davina just demands bold colors. I love her attitude!

@Yue13 ooh, Hwayu looks lovely, it's nice to see the blank sculpt! I think I rather like the changes, actually. Her lips may be my favorite feature.

 

Working on my first wig today for my MNF. I'm following a YouTube tutorial so fingers crossed it all goes well. I was able to get the wig-cap made yesterday.

I'll post pictures if I manage to make any progress. I'm attempting a blonde/pink split with space buns... Very ambitious for my first go-around but hey ho, might as well jump into the deep end

 

@Junnosukebe You can do it! Wig-making is fun. What kind of fiber are you using? I swear minifee are so demanding when it comes to wigs, at least my crew is!

 

I got some mohair wefts from Etsy since it's my first time and I didn't want to go too expensive too soon. I normally would be happy just buying wigs but everything has got so expensive since I was last active in the hobby and moreso for UK based hobbyists it seems! Thanks for nothing Brexit So I figured this would be a good opportunity to learn a new skill

 

I finally finished my Karsh boy, Kirran. Gotta admit, he was fun to work on.

 

Random question, but does anyone know if the Minifee Active Line Boy Body will come back in stock? I hope to get one in tan.

 

they havent mentioned it yet....im betting theyre just gonna discontinue it which is sad because i liked the active line body

 

Ugghhh, I hope not. My Lookback Shiwoo happened to come with it and was something I thought nothing of until I was standing him up fresh out of the box. I was used to my old-school Delf’s noodle arms and kicky legs, so it was a real treat; I also appreciate that he has a little belly pooch and fullness otherwise that doesn’t detract at all from the engineering (and the beauty!). I don’t know how I’ll go back!

 

Guys, my Sirin is home from the Spa and what can I say, I'm just blown away by her new faceup. She was painted by talented Pauliannedolls. Now I'm finally happy with her, I can't stop staring at her.
