Fairyland RealFee Discussion Part 7

There was an actual Realfee human face plate as the event one year. I don't think it had a name. I'll check for mine after supper.

 

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The previous owner sent it to me with the head back. I'll check again tomorrow too.

 

Well Coco is exclusively available in Realfee size... so it must be a Realfee headback, as the Pukifee headbacks that are meant for the Realfee body only fit Pukifee plates on them (it's all very confusing, especially when you remember they also have Littlefee/Realfee plates!).
A picture would totally still help, maybe you can upload to something like Imgur?
Does the plate fit very loosely? I have heard of a lot of cases of them being too tight, but not too loose before!
Are there gaps or does it sit funny?
Does the inside look different from your other Realfees somehow?
If it's only too loose, maybe putting some putty between the headback and plate may help.

I was starting to wonder if someone maybe mis-sold you a Pukifee plate (not Coco then), but the Pukifee plates and the Realfee plates use a very different system and I don't think you could get a Pukifee plate on a Realfee headback with a wig holding it together like you described xD I just tried to put a pukifee on a realfee headback and it wouldn't work in any kind of way haha.

@Snow and everyone else who helped, I have to confess it was my mistake! I checked against my other headback and It is a realfee. One of my earlier realfees doesn't fit onto as it's too loose but Coco does have a smaller head so that would make sense. I'd wrongly assumed it was the smaller size because I struggle to get Coco onto my existing bodies and also I wondered why someone would sell the head and head back but perhaps they use their realfee with a pukifee head.

Oooooooh okay! Well it's good to know that Coco's head is a bit smaller than the older ones!
That's actually very vital information I'd say. Especially when you think you can do an easy switcheroo with faceplates xD

I really hope that Fairyland reopens a la carte Realfee orders someday again. Toki is the cutest little thing and my Coco needs a friend. The posability on their tiny little bodies is so amazing, too!

Edit: I didn’t want to comment here twice in a row, so I thought I should add my question here. Do all Realfees come with one open hand and one fist hand? I realized my Coco’s hand was closed the other day and was wondering if anyone knows about this? I know Fairyland isn’t selling them right now, but it would be rad to know if it just happened to be her or if they’re all like that. Also, had anyone tried different hands on them with any success? Thanks!

 

@KikiBJD My Toki came with both hands partially closed. I think they use different hands for each sculpt? I wish they had a optional hands selection as I would like my Toki to have one open hand.

I was feeling inspired and took a picture of my Toki (Penn). I had a lucky discovery and his outfit is from my ot Kikipop. It fits perfectly! It's Penn's now . Just need to find some shoes, someday... Sorry my Penn doesn't have a face up. I just don't know where to send him off for one (I'm too scared to loose his face plate).

That’s such an interesting thing to know! Thank you for sharing! You mentioning this made me realize it’s possible their hands are meant for their props, as I believe Toki has two weapons in his full set where as my Coco has a guitar that she can hold the neck of with her more closed hand. Thank you for making me realize this!

@KikiBJD thanks, you helped me too! I hadn’t thought about the hands going along with the fullset items. It makes perfect sense.

 

The Realfees have slightly different hands depending on if the body is a boy body or a girl body. I have not seen any optional hands.

 

I made Jippo some new summer clothes. He looks very pleased. I wish Fairyland would make more RealPuki faces in RealFee size. I like this size better.

I would love to get a RP Roro as a RealFee plate! That would be amazing.

I don't often take pics of my RFs (or any other kiddo, it would seem, busy busy busy). but Kaitlyn got a turn in front of my friend's camera. Pam's photos always turn out so much better than mine.
