Fairyland Realpuki discussion - part 20

I think I will get the Soso and then hopefully someday be able to find another on the MP second hand. I would love a Roro, but they all look so cute and I do like Soso. The make-up int the released pictures is nice too.

@Cease Is that a mask he comes with or a head?

 

As far as I understand the mask is a part of full set.

 

It looks like there is a different sized eyes in it though - that's why I was thinking of it as a separate head. It might still be part of the full set - there isn't much in the way of clothes, so it would make since for it to be part of the full set. the speculation is fun though isn't it!

I think if I get him as a full set, I might consider his minifee princess. This could all get very expensive...
Of course, I don't even know at this point if he will be offered as a basic doll - they usually do though, but I know he will be limited.

 

@Dollquest Yes, it is fun to speculate! If the new release is limited, and full set only, I was thinking I’d pass, but thinking it over, maybe I might get one anyway as I have a feeling this might be the only realpuki release for a long time. My little Obi would love to have a travel buddy. It’s more fun to have a friend along on adventures!

 

I know what you mean. I like to have at least 2 of each doll that I collect so they have a friend.

Yes, that's where my head is at, too. Aki would be my first choice, and maybe Tyni or Titi.

Soso is one I "wouldn't mind" but that's a bit lukewarm considering wat these little ones cost... But on the other hand, Soso is better than no RP at all.

I guess maybe I'm just not into laughing/grinning/happy smiling dolls?
I wonder what that says about me?

 

Aki has a smile, but the fangs make it a bit less friendly. Kali says "Make fun of my size and I'll jinx you so you trip over things all day long!"

Fangs make her smile unique, not unfriendly. She is just sweet little fairy with character.

@Leo Pheonix I have a sleeping Aki faceplate, too. I've always felt it was sweeter than the open-eye faceplate because sleeping vampires don't worry me as much!

I think her sleeping face looks like a different expression for her. Her outfit is from the Bratz Kidz line. I intended it for another doll, but it fits her so well she kept it.

 

After you mentioned Bratz Kidz outfits, I found and bought some on ebay and am looking forward to new clothes for my Realpuki!

This is Sunday...one of my 5 soso sculpts! Obviously I love soso but I really wish the new release had been a new sculpt. I’m happy for those of you who’ve been wanting a soso though so I will look forward to enjoying seeing pictures of the new ones here.
