Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. All right, not to be the bringer of doom or anything, but their website is down. I'm still waiting for the heads they promised to send last week. I sent an inquiry through their Q&A around that time and recieved no reply.

      Has anybody gotten shipping notices or news about their orders? I get that they're having some issues, however, I'm a bit worried about the recent turn of events.

    5. Honestly, I don't know there's much anyone *can* do. You could wait a bit and see if they simply forgot to pay their website (which, truthfully, is being VERY optimistic), you might be able to file a dispute if you paid via Paypal but it's been so many months now I'm not sure if that is still an option, if you paid via card you may be able to file a chargeback but I don't know how that works or if it damages your credit.

      They did have a number of dealers set-up for a brief period of time, might be worth seeing if they have had any communication.

    6. I did pay via Paypal, but the problem is, it was a layaway transaction. :/

      I e-mailed them, will let you guys know if anything comes out of it. I hope you guys share whatever if Fantasia comes out of hibernation.

    7. Well the website being down is highly disconcerting. I have now also emailed them, I hope everything is okay. Though, fortunately for me, I paid in full, but I only have until about the end of April until it's been 6 months.

    8. So my order was meant to ship (according to them) in January - and has been delayed 3 times.
      I ordered 2 b body girls, one tan, one NS

      I have until May 2nd to claim - I will be emailing them to let them know that with their site down and constant delays that I may be filing against them soon. Ugh. so frustrating.

    9. Considering they have promised to send CoAs for my first order received in Jan and still haven't done so (How difficult is it to print and send pieces of paper?) I don't have good feelings about this website thing...

    11. I have an outstanding order through a dealer - contacted her maybe 3 weeks ago? She was going to get in touch with them about my order. I haven't heard since, and just wrote her to followed up on it... If I hear any sort of news I'll share.

    13. The website closing makes me very nervous. The fact they claimed they would start shipping again last week and as far as I know no one has received a shipping notice makes me more so.

      I was getting a bad feeling about them after someone else had posted the same notice most of us received in February after the deadlines passing in January, just re-worded for the following month. Then the fact that there were to begin shipping again in early March and nothing happening. I had hoped I would be in the first new batch shipped since I ordered October 24th 2016. But again, no notification or shipment confirmation. Now the website not being paid for (since the 9th) and closing with only their paypal e-mail to contact them makes me anxious.

      My paypal claim period ends April 21st. I have never had to make a claim against anyone before this, but I might just have to this time which is extremely upsetting, as I really, really loved this doll and was trying to give Fantasia the benefit of the doubt. If I get no response or update I think I'll be forced to just so I don't loose my investment.

      Thanks everyone for the updates that you've all given, it at least makes me feel better that we're all looking out for each other and keeping informed.

    14. I'm in a panic here. I didn't place my order via Paypal; I used Eximbay. I've sent an e-mail to both Fantasia to request an update and to Eximbay to inquire about starting a claim.
