1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fantasia Doll Elder/Senior Sizes

Mar 15, 2016

    1. Well, I suppose, here's to optimism.

And just btw, I was given a late march shipping date for a head ordered in december, but that may not be applicable to all orders.

    2. As one of the very few people who actually received a doll from my first order from Fantasia, I was feeling awful if I encouraged people to order from them and they went AWOL. I have one girl and two boys on order from them as well and all far past deadline. Let us hope they do ship and the company does not go under. So sad.

    3. I can't say I'm not disappointed. It's been since November and my other doll plans are sort of on hold until I can shell this one character. Now the site being offline (even for a bit) and no one getting their orders... it's very frustrating.

I'm afraid it'll affect my bonding with the doll if they ever do send them out. Hopefully the next batch will be sent soon.

    4. DOWN AGAIN?well, I ordered through their korean website, and I experienced the same thing earlier. I really understand how you feel. I have received their reply that my order might be shipped in the end of March, so I kept waiting calmly. However, I soon noticed that they even don't deliver the order in Oct. I hope that everything goes smoothly. I CANNOT bear the loss, either.

    5. Me too! I recived my Alice almost exactly 3 months from the order date so I was thrilled by the service. But now, after ordering Viv in October, i share your sentiment.

I feel the same way, I'll definetly be selling my Vivane head.

Though I'm so in love with my Alice heads I'd decided to pass along the body to the floating head. It's still hard to look at her everyday and know her body is the some kind of strange purgatory.

It's a negitive thing to say but I wish I had just shelled these characters with a Iplehouse sculpt and been done with it. :sweat

**edit. I also scanned my inbox and junk folders but never received a second email. My last email from them was January >.<

    6. Out of curiosity, how does the tan resin match up with other companies? That Elder B woman might need an elf-eared head to become a Gerudo woman (thanks Breath of the Wild...)

    7. This might be a stupid question: Could someone please tell me about Paypal claim period, I cannot find a satisfying clarification on their site. I ordered (and paid) the doll from Fantasia in November. Do I understand correctly that I have a period of 6 months to make a claim? Thanks!!

    8. Yup, 180 days so long as you paid via "Pay for goods and services" in one go, you should be eligible. If you look at your transaction record, it will have something like "Have a problem with this purchase? You have until ___ to contact the seller. You may be eligible for Buyer Protection" at the bottom.

    9. I have till 5/2/2017 to contact the seller about problems with my purchase.

I have sent an another note to Fantasia doll, informing then that if they do not ship the doll before the time closes I will be forced to contact Paypal.

I really, really hope it doesn't come to that. This was a doll I really wanted to have. But I can't afford to lose the money in case it's not meant to be after all.

    10. Exactly my plan. I really really want my dolls but I ordered 2 - so it's a loss I cannot afford!!!

    11. Thank You so much! I have never considered such option, but I really cannot afford the loss... well, as others here.

    12. Hi everyone, just an update. Fantasia e-mailed me saying that they've moved the shipping date for the heads I ordered from late March to April (one is first week and one second week).

It's a little sad for me...I just hope they finish the heads already. They told me they've finished the heads, which is why I'm wondering about the delay. I've e-mailed them again to ask.

Have they contacted any of you too?

    13. Fantasia Doll replied to me to let me know that the planned shipping date for my order is March 24th and apologized profusely. I hope this date is somewhat accurate and it's giving me a new hop that the doll may be on its way after all! :)

    14. I got a reply last week that my heads would ship March 24th, but today I too got an email that said April 7th was the estimated date now.

    15. Such a shame to hear all this trouble with this new company. I like their work, but was going to wait and see how they panned out before committing any money. And now they are sounding just like Dollshe; price up, price down, discontinue and bring it back, the endless "shipping next week" promise. The difference is that Dollshe have over ten years of history behind them. They have always come up with the goods. Eventually. However, even they are now feeling the pinch, with people cancelling their orders out of sheer frustration.

If Fantasia are ever going to establish a customer base, they need to show that they can be relied on. Having messed up so spectacularly from the start, they now need to show that in spades. I hope they get a business manager and get their act together. It's a good product and could do well.

    16. Hello everyone, today I received an e-mail from Fantasia as well announcing the date of dispatch (April 7th). I hope everything will be alright this time!!! One cannot tell until seeing the delivered doll... It's a shame the company is having such problems, because I really like their dolls - realistic and different.

    17. Oooo I hope so too!

Did you order in November Ronnie? And did they email you first or did you have to email them first?

I still haven't heard from them since January -_-

    18. I ordered in November and contacted them first. Hopefully the timeline doesn't stray too much further.

    19. I haven't heard anything since January either Yuna-Ki, so I decided to email them under thier help.fantasia email since my Q&A board question didn't get an answer.

I understand that there is only 1 person replying to questions in English and that they really seem to have had a terrible time getting thier products produced. The thing to me is, I'm scared of loosing $600 when my claim period runs out in less than a month. It's hard enough for me to trust established companies to deliver after 6 months. I can't afford to do so with an un-established one.

So I sent them an email this morning stating that if my doll was not in good condition and in my hands by April 15th I would be forced to file a claim. That is 6 days before I'm out my money for good. I ordered October 24th, 2016. I never have had to file a complaint before and I do not want to do such a thing as I would much rather have my doll, but all the excuses and delays have got me too worried.

What email for fantasia has used that's gotten a response?

I'm just super disappointed right now. I really loved thier dolls.

    20. I also received an email this morning notifying me that (in theory) my order would be sent out April 14th. This is for the body that I ordered in December.
