Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       EDIT: Ordered in December and was given a (tentative) shipping date of April 7 and April 14 for the heads.

    3. I received emails today as well. My order placed in October 27 is to ship on March 24 and the order from December 16 is to ship on April 14 so it looks like they plan to process them in order received. Hope it goes as planned this time. The sculptor themself is writing these emails it seems until they find an English administrator.

    4. Yeah, I'm thinking the sculptor is even asking for help that's why they try to answer everybody in one go. I appreciate it...I'm still worried, but that's a positive thing at least.

    6. Ah I've not been given a precise date, but in January I was told they had made both my full dolls but parts were going back to be remade as they didn't meet standards in the quality check. Now, I don't want to be overly negative, but I'd be less worried if other people were getting dolls - even if it meant mine was one of the rare ones getting held back, because then I'd be more inclined to believe them. But, frankly, I don't believe it at face value. They have also yo-yo'd between giving me gifts heads, compensation, store credit. I'll definitely be claiming by end of April if I do not get a shipping notice

    7. Yes! Yes finally! I ordered my doll on the 29th of October, and have just received my shipping notice, about 10 minutes ago! I'm so happy, excited, and relieved! :D:D

      Also, in the shipping notice email, Fantasia also says they are going to ship the extra gift heads and CoAs in the first week of May.

    15. I just got my shipping notice as promised for the doll ordered in Oct.
      The problem in the casting was not just a few dolls but the whole batch so my understanding is they had to redo every doll and find a different manufacture to cast them . This had to be a devastating loss for the sculptor. Hope everything goes smooth now.

    17. How odd that full dolls ordered in November are going out before head only orders from October (like mine)... Oh well, I'm in no particular rush since I have a doll from another company arriving next week and multiple arrivals in close proximity means no one gets the attention they deserve. XD;;

    20. I got a shipping notice for heads ordered this AM. Since I never heard back from Angel Toast - instead of chasing after her, I just asked Fantasia about the full Henry ordered through her, and was promised April ship. Fingers x'd. The missing CoAs (and apology head) will be ready in May they said. Side bar: their illegal copying explanation for the CoA delay is disturbing - the company is so new and barely has a chance to develop a following to thrive. Truly sucks.
