April 14th was also the original date I was given a while back too, so it does seem they are planning on it.
Any of you with the shipping notices order in December? o: I went through Angel Toast so I wouldn't get direct updates from Fantasia, but I'm trying to figure out if my order will be shipping soon too, or if I've still got a few months to go.
Awww...did they reply to you already? I only ordered heads so I presume mine would take less time to complete than a full doll. From what I understand, they're shipping in batches so maybe ours would ship at the same time. I hope we all get our orders and Fantasia would resume sales with a better strategy. The suspense is real!
That is really disturbing... But as others are receiving their dolls it seems that Fantasia is trying to put things right, although the order and logic of shipping is strange. I didn't e-mail them as I saw some of people here did, so I didn't want to panic - my estimated shipping day was Friday 7th, so if they ship in Monday instead, it doesn't matter after all the waiting. We'll see...
Hi everyone! Update - since I hadn't receive any shipping notice today (and regarding there is 9 hours time shift meaning it's already night in Seoul), I e-mailed Fantasia asking about shipping of my ordered doll and they replied immediately giving a track number. So I can track my doll now This suggests they sent a whole batch of dolls today.
I ordered in the beginning of November and got a shipping notice today, I'm not sure if they are shipping in any order, and they did say they are not shipping the certificate or gift until may but I am atleast glad I've got the main girl as her head is for a split partner and it has been so stressful worrying about getting her part of the split to her. I hope everything works out quickly for everyone else!
Congrats Sillion and djgigahertz! Now I'm getting more excited/nervous as I haven't gotten a shipping notice for any of the heads I ordered. I hope there's some good news for me soon too. Fingers crossed. Please Fantasia, ship my orders.
I had to ask Fantasia by e-mail and got the information that the doll was shipped today together with the track number, so maybe you have the same case.
Hey guys...is there anyone else still waiting for stuff from Fantasia? I've gotten no shipping notification, nor a reply from them. I sent a couple of e-mails to ask but the last one I got was the one they sent last April 7. Not hitting the panic button yet, but it is a little worrisome, especially since I've always been clear with them that I'm ok with waiting so long as there are updates.
Hey! Yeah, I'm still waiting for two full dolls. They said they would be shipping them monday to friday - I sent a reply on monday saying I looked forward to receiving my shipping notice and tracking number. They have until Friday - with the time difference, I will be emailing them on Friday afternoon to ask what's happened. I suggest you check when you can actually claim your money back from Paypal, just so you know that for yourself!
I'm still waiting for a body I emailed them two days ago and I haven't received a reply. It's so disheartening, I just want my girl together so I can stop stressing over this.
@CountessHeloise Thanks. This is actually the first time I've had to e-mail them more than oce to get a reply. I'm afraid I'm going to have a bit of trouble with the claim if ever, since I didn't pay in full all at once. It sucks because I'm usually careful with these things but I really want(ed) to trust Fantasia. I asked them once if there was a problem with my order and if they would be honest with me if there was. They assured me there was nothing to worry about. I know they promised extras to some and were able to give a few of those already...I just want the heads I bought, really. In total, I could have bought an affordable doll. @DragonHawk I feel the same! I really hope they just had a vacation or something. It is Holy Week, maybe they've taken some time off.
I got a lingerie set for my girl, and can now corfirm that Iple EID clothes are probably too large. I have a small bust doll, so I was expecting the bust to look off, but the waist measurements of these dolls are WAY smaller than comparing measurements to EID would assume. The EID lingerie bottoms were a good fit, though. I'll definitely be looking for SID clothes for my girl in the future.
