@Melissa I haven't heard anything, so it's been radio silence pretty much. I'm getting really nervous.
@DragonHawk If it counts for anything, Fantasia doesn't seem to be answering anything at all right now...I got the notice out of the blue and when I asked them whether it was for one or both heads, there was no reply (all it said was "product"). Same goes for the inquiries I sent for the shipping estimate the week before.
And now we are entering Golden Week and the chances of them responding to anything are slim to none. I'm usually super patient but the silent treatment kinda grates my nerves smh. If I ever get my doll I will never order from them again.
I feel the same way. Try to forget about it and focus on something else. That may help you feel better.
I, too, am experiencing radio silence and it has been over a month. *sighs* Well, I expected it from everyone else's reports so it's not a surprise, just unwelcome.

Finally, Henry is in my hands I'm preparing photos of the head on different bodies. Supergem 2012 fits well but needs a longer neck.
This makes me pine for mine! Gosh, I hope the body I got him is big enough then, or the neck is long enough. Is Henry a very large head? What amazing detail!
Did anyone else receive a shipping notice with a non-functioning tracking number? I got my notice on the 13th of april, emailed several times, but got no response. The tracking number always says it's not valid and no box has ever shown up. It doesn't work on the korean site either.
I asked Angeltoast, whom I ordered through, if she'd heard anything about my order, and she said that she hadn't heard anything since March. Furthermore, the e-mail address that she'd used to contact them is defunct. :'( I'm not sure what to think.
That's what happened to me last November when Fantasia finally shipped -- no, said they'd shipped -- the Isaac heads I had ordered back in June. At least their original English-message person was still on staff then! When I e-mailed and posted on their Q&A board after waiting two weeks for the tracking number to start working, I did get an apology and a vague explanation about "difficulties in our shipping department" within a couple of days. However, Fantasia said that they wanted to wait and ship the Isaac heads after they had resolved their CoA design/printing issues and could send the CoAs at the same time. I said no, thanks, I would like to have the heads shipped right away, and to their credit they did what I asked (and sent me an accurate tracking number). The Isaac heads finally arrived in December without any more trouble or delay, but that was the point when I decided I had had enough of Fantasia's way of doing business. Oh, NO! I hope this can get resolved for you and for everyone else who's waiting for Fantasia orders. What an awful situation for Angeltoast, too.
Just now sent a follow up email to Fantasia about my Henry bought through Angeltoast. Hopefully, those hotmail email addresses are good and she will have same info. That's very disturbing, the defunct email. ugh.
No one has been answered on their QnA board for almost two months. I've also sent them two recent emails and have had no answer.
