It's been like that since the start of July. They were manually renewing it each month and haven't been. Unclear what this means for the future.

Royal Mail is driving my anxiety-o-meter up quite fast. I bought a Vivian head from the MP recently, and it's been almost two weeks with the vague "It's on its way" message on the not-so-helpful tracker. The fact that Fantasia seems to have totally gone under is not helping. It'd be very difficult to get a replacement if the worst turns out to be true *knock on wood*.
I took some pictures of my Vivian now that she's at least somewhat ready. So far only one outfit, but I look forward to expanding her wardrobe slowly. I only took a few images of her specifically while I did a new group pic but damn I am kind of sad that I wasn't able to get an another one of this sculpt of the extra sleepy version to have different faceups on. Hi everyone, I would like to ask - did anyone receive their COA? I got the same message that was mentioned here several times - that the COA will be delivered later on. And it never did and as it seems, it never will in the future. (Not to mention the second head which was part of the "special offer" and subsequently promised several times by Fantasia...). So sorry for the Fantasia company . I love the doll very much, and I would love to have another one like her, their sculpts were exceptional.
No, I never received either the owner's manual or the COA (order placed in June 2016, doll with incorrect heads arrived in October 2016, correct heads arrived in December 2016).
Sadly no... I have a Vivian full doll and two heads and have no CoAs for any of them. I'm not really surprised given the production problems that Fantasia seems to have suffered.
No COA or extra head for me either. Missing the COA isn't a huge deal for me since I don't plan on ever selling my girl but I'd have loved to get the extra head.
I don't plan to sell my Vivian either, but it would be nice to have a proof of her authenticity, since Fantasia mentioned in some e-mails, that their dolls were copied and recast. And the extra head to match the lovely body would be great... sigh. If they ever continue the production with new sculpts (which seems unlikely now), I would be pleased to pay for another head.
Sleepy Vivian gets her own body - an Iplehouse EID woman's body, which suits her very well... The top of the neck has been rounded off with a hobby dremel and jeweller's sandpaper - only took an hour, if that - very easy to do!
