Fantasia Doll Elder/Senior Sizes

Waaaah, been so long before someone posted here. D:

My Vivian hybrid finally got her new body. After about five months out of action, it's great to be able to photograph her again.

Oh my goodness, it looks like a great fit! Is this the new Impldoll body?

 

@ronnie92 Yes it is! It's a bit wide on the shoulders, but personally I don't mind (the character could pack a literal punch, after all).

 

Gosh damn it makes yours looks amazing! She looks so strong and powerful yet feminine at the same time. How do you find the posability? Does the head have good mobility on this body?

 

@ronnie92 Thank you! The level of sass was definitely upped with those shoulders. The leg mobility is a huge winner, but the shoulder jointing system could use some modding because all it does is move up and down (not front or back -- maybe sanding off a bit of the upper torso at the shoulders will help).

Neck mobility/fit is great! This may have something to do with how Fantasia Doll heads are designed, though (with the lip-like extensions on the neck), because for some reason the Impldoll head I used to have couldn't do her head tilts.

 

CONGRATS! She is gorgeous! I am waiting for the muscle versions to be created so I can get this body for my Chalyss. I am very excited! Yours is AMAZing!!!

 

@chalyss Thank you! And, I think the new body would be awesome (visually, at least) with a muscular version. With the already-wider-than-usual shoulders, it's on its way to being an Amazon warrior.

 

Oh my goodness, I just wanted to pop in and say she is so beautiful! she has a look that reminds me of one of my favorite sculptures from a favorite artist. Congrats on the new body!

I keep hoping Fantasia opens back up or something. but so far no luck...

@chalyss I miss the other FD sculpts so much! Those curls look really adorable on Canary.

 

Her Name is Tina Yu and the sculpture is Miharu. Below is a link to a video of her sculpting it.

 

I just wanted to check out the dolls for fun, but the link to the site does not work for me. If I see realistic like dolls I can't help but taking a look!

@manabusama Fantasia Doll's website is gone, so kudos to @Tokoz for linking their IG. Even their Flickr has been removed, so it's good to know there's still at least one social media account of theirs that's still up.

I really liked their dolls. Too bad they disappeared.

 

I constantly wish for them to come back

 

And/or too bad they didn't sell their molds and rights to another company who could have kept them going. So totally sucks.
