  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Price of the doll doesn't matter as long as you love it! My first doll is from 5StarDoll, and he was cheap [even though I got him as a 2nd hand gift]. But once I got my new doll from Angell-Studio, I realized that there is more detail and quality between the two. My AS doll is better jointed, better sculpted, and the resin is a lot better than my 5SD. But I love them both the same. :3

      My favorite company has to be Angell-Studio, though. They have so many dolls [and clothes] that I want, and I love the quality in their work. Dream of Doll is second, just because I love their sculpts too even though I only have 1 set of dolls I want from them. But I love their quality too [and their face ups] but I don't plan on owning more than the Tender Twins from them. But AS is #1!

    5. Big yes for Soom , I really love their doll 'cause I love the fairy tales and their fantasy part is super awesome :DBut now I believe that they're having some problem with the customer service, so down :(

    6. There are so many different reasons to call a company a "favorite"--sculpts, be it variety or type, the different qualities of resin--heaviness, texture, colors. Or perhaps it is the customer service that makes a company a favorite. Do they do fan events? Are they quick to respond to concerns?

      If going by sheer number from a single company in my collection, Volks is far and away my favorite company. There dolls are more pricey than some, and there's not the sheer variety of size and type that some companies have, but for me there is something very special about them, and all of my dealings with the Volks staff have been positive.

      My other favorites are SOOM, Unoa, Dollshe, and Batchix. If I could own a dozen dolls from each of those companies, then I would be very pleased!

    7. Fairyland is my favorite so far, I really like many of their sculpts/models. But after being in this hobby for a whilenow, I cannot resist looking for more bjds :P The next goals are Unoa and Volks~:XD:

    9. Doll Leaves is my favourite all round. I love my Doll Leaves boy to bits and their customer service was so friendly and helpful and their delivery was so fast that I'm now totally spoiled for ordering from anywhere else! :) The other companies I've bought from have been quite a frustrating experience by comparison.

      My favourite sculpts are IoS. Out of various heads I've bought, IoS is the only one I've instantly loved as much as I thought I would.

    17. Doll Chateau - there is something so enticing and beautiful, yet unsettling about their sculpts and I love that weird feeling it gives me. It inspires so many characters and stories for me.
      I also really love Batchix because I love all things mecha! I wish there were more robot/android/mecha bjds out there.

      • Is there a company you do not like or don't really understand? Nope! I am really open minded when it comes to dolls. I have seen beautiful dolls from so many different companies. I can always see the appeal, even if it isn't my own personal taste.
