1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Favourite Tiny Carrier?

Nov 22, 2006

    1. Well, I have to admit my hand is around her pretty often to make sure she's okay! And it's very calming to have her so close - I just love touching her little hands.

Yes, that same state - although in my case the Southern Oregon part of it.

    2. Oh my goodness, you're in Southern Oregon? You mean I'm not the only doll person for a million miles? :o I am in awe and am so, so happy to learn this! :D

(Ack, I feel as if I've run away with the thread. Many apologies everyone! :sweat )

Uhm, to bring it sortof back on track... at Wal-Mart, back by the crafts/sewing section, there are these decorated sewing tins with handles. There are some smaller ones that, if you made a little pillow for the inside & lid, might make a nice carry case for the larger girls & boys (6-8"). I'm tossing around the idea of getting one for my Miel, but am holding out for some doll trunks listed on eBay.

    3. Do you know of anything for 10.5" sized dolls? They're just to big to fit inside most of your suggestions, but I can't seem to find something that will hold one or two of them...

    4. i make mini doll houses for up to 14" dolls... im working on making them in rolling luggage for msd sized and up.. i have a customization thread.

oh and if you knw anyone who wants this i bought it for my tiny and she's too big for it. i have to bend her knees. :( i'm going to throw it up on my sale thread but thought you guys might be interested.

    5. My tiny dolls like the hard shell glasses cases. Next up is plastic pencil boxes that will hold several dolls and I have some larger snap plastic storage boxes that would work well for several 10-11 inch dolls. They are currently filled with wigs and clothes! I found some glasses cases that look like mini BJD cases at CVS!
