Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       My communication with Feathefall is always excellent. If I forget to mention something in the notes, they will follow up with e-mail. I qualified for a FL promotion and they e-mailed me to make certain of what I wanted.

      It was very easy to pay. Their cart system is easy to navigate.

      Featherfall shipped out the body the same day it arrived. It came a few days later.

      Fairyland dolls are alway of great quality and worth the price.

      I really want to emphasize Featherfall's excellent Customer Service. In the case of this particular order, the option for just a Chicline body wasn't available at first, but when I asked, they put up the option. When I inquired about some wigs I wanted through Fairyland that wasn't posted on their site, they put in a special cart item for me that I could select. I will continue placing orders with Featherfall. Thanks guys!

      Great! My emails were answered very quickly! The only thing was that the shipping notice email came to me after my items arrived. Not a big deal though. Made it a pleasant surprise :XD:

      Yes. Shipping is a little steep but that is understandable given the circumstances (I have no problem there at all :) )

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      The only issue I had was with the gift card I had been given as a prize at a charity meet. The code on the card did not register on the system at all. I emailed them and they quickly answered and fixed the problem :) All emails were extremely prompt and very polite. The problem with the card was not at all their fault, it seemed that in order for the code to be activated it needed a name registered with it but as it was a prize in a contest it hadn't been registered correctly.
      I'm glad they were honest with me and dealt with the issue quickly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

      Would you order from this company again?

      I would definitely say yes given how good the dealer is and how well they deal with the customers problems. Sadly the shipping is a little high for international customers. However, should they stock something I can't get anywhere else or have a good promotion I would certainly go back.

      This is my first time ordering through a dealer. I was nervous at first, but I grew more confident. Excellent communication, and fast response when I asked about Zae. I will be ordering through Featherfall for future dolls.

I was unaware at the time they they were shutting down and had such limited stock. So I ended up sending them an email and got a response within a half hour explaining that she was the last doll they had and why.
