  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I purchased a Leekeworld Mikhaila head from PakouChan. She sent me lots of great pictures and answered all my questions. She was able to ship the head even faster than she'd thought and I had her 3 days after paying ^_^
      This was my first transaction, and she was very sweet and helpful!

    4. I just finished my second transaction with PakouChan and everything went very well! I answered her wtb for a pukifee hamster fp and she paid me within hours lol She responded to my messages quickly and was always extremely pleasant to deal with. She wrote me to tell me the faceplate had arrived safely which is always a relief. I am so glad that little faceplate has found a loving home! Thanks so much Pakou, I hope we can have more transactions in the future :)

    13. After reading the pm about the $50 refund, at this point, I had already opened a paypal dispute in the morning. By the way I had been addressed after sending initial contact pms about arrival – at this point I preferred a refund while sending doll back to her, as stinkerbell had stated; “What do you want from me? “ “My husband took her eyes out & wrapped the head so, it's possible the rubs happened then. I refuse to lower her price anymore as these rubs can be fixed.” “The only thing you can claim as "This wasnt the doll I was expecting," is the 2 issues with the face-up you showed me.”

      Ultimately, I have included all messages exchanged between Stinkerbell and I. I believe, we would both agree that this was not a good transaction for either of us. But because I cannot speak for Stinkerbell, I can only speak for myself that I am SO thankful I did NOT pay personal payment and I am glad that I stuck with my gut instincts of paying via payment option. I believe that I would not have received anything back despite the issues addressed, if I had not paid through regular payment. Upon sending pictures, I had not asked for anything but waited for how Stinkerbell wanted to address the situation, but upon receiving her reply to the pictures; as a buyer it did not seem hopeful that I would get a resolution without going through paypal to sort things out. This is resolved on both parties with Stinkerbell receiving her doll back and my payment has been reversed. Im sorry that she feels that she has many unkind things she feels and could say to me or about me, but ultimately - she left me no choice initially but the route of a paypal dispute.
