It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I bought a Pukifee Ante from babyelf, she was great through this entire ordeal. She packaged it great and shipped it fast, great communication and gave me a tracking number.

      I sent payment on Sep 21, 2013 and the doll arrived at my home on Oct 12, 2013. Making delivery time a total of 21 days after payment was sent.

      The box arrived looking half crushed and in very rough shape. The contents were tons of bubble wrap, foam padding and the Fairyland book box. Inside was my Ante, wrapped in bubble wrap and a faceplate.

      Thanks to babyelf's great packaging my doll was not damaged.

      She was very patient with me when I started to worry and stress over the long delivery time and did everything in her power to try and track my package down on her end.

      I would happily do business with her again and highly recommend her.

    6. I adopted a Lati Yellow from babyelf and she has been such a sweetheart to deal with. The Post Office gave us both a scare when the dolly went missing for a little while;babyelf was so patient and understanding of my concern. She sent the package nicely wrapped and the dolly came home in perfect condition. I highly recommend babyelf for future transactions. Thanks bunches!!

      Babyelf was wonderful to deal with! She is a very friendly person and her responses are helpful and quick. She sent the little girl fast and well-packaged. I would love to deal with her again, thank you so much, babyelf :)

    8. I split a Tiny Delf Centaur with babyelf. Everything went perfectly!
      I made an offer so we could each get what we wanted (human head, human body), she accepted my offer. She ordered and contacted me with updates every time Luts updated her; she even screenshot the updates so I could see them too. She shipped to me as soon as she could, let me know the package was sent, and gave me the tracking number. The box was safely packed.
      Very pleased with this transaction. I would definitely do business with babyelf again!
