It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I joined a ED eye group order with Ban Sidhe, it went so smoothly, I am thoroughly impressed!!

      Communication was brilliant, and she was so thoughtful to let me change my shipping address at the end as I was traveling! The eyes were packaged well and shipped quickly. :aheartbea

    2. I recently joined in an ED G.O. with Ban Sidhe. She was great with keeping us updated, and if I had any questions, Ban always replied quickly. She also packaged the eyes well for shipping, and they arrived as pictured. I am very pleased with our transaction, and would happily have another with her again in the future if given the opportunity. :)

I also just recieved my ED eyes that I ordered through Ban's GO. t was my first time ordering these eyes, and I was very happy with the whole transaction - very straightforward and easy to pay. Also, my eyes arrived today packaged well and the shipping was less than I expected. If I need more eyes, I certainly know where to go :)

    6. OMG!! How can I even come close to writing a good enough feedback for Ban_Sidhe??!?!? She was so kind enough to sell me her fabulous LillyCat Cerise Eugenie. What a lovely fantastic doll!!! And Ban sent all kinds of extras with her. Eugenie was packed so well and carefully wrapped with Fragile all over. She arrived in very quick time, less than a week after I paid her off. What a treasure Ban is. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!!! How lucky could I have been to buy from Ban!!

    7. Ban Sidhe runs the ideal group order. Organized and polished, she is quick to reply and has it down to a science. I received all four pairs of my eyes today and they are fabulous. I will gladly order with Ban again.

    10. I recently purchased a Littlefee Lishe from Ban Shidhe. I had a wonderful experience. She allowed me to pay off the doll over a small period of time. And she was quick to reply after I sent payments. The doll arrived just a few days after sending my last payment. The doll is in excellent condition and she sent me a cute dress with her. Thank you Ban Sidhe!! My first marketplace experience was awesome! :D
