Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. She carefully selected pieces to match the costume of my doll and resent a piece that was damage in the mail immediately. Overall communication and production wait was perfect, I couldn't have asked for a happier transaction!

    10. Bought an outfit from Brighnasa this week. Great experience! She sent the package off lightning fast, and when there was a bit of a mixup regarding where the package was sent, she said she'd reimburse me before either of us knew for certain whether or not it was truly lost. Luckily, however, it wasn't, because the outfit is better than her description or photos indicated.

      TL;DR: Brighnasa is a great seller, polite, prompt, and willing to provide excellent customer service should it be needed.

Also, due to me being on a trip I needed my eyes shipped quickly and with super speedy mail, and she was kind enough to leave as soon as I sent payment and ship my eyes so I got them on time. She was great about it and super friendly. Would definitely buy from her again!
