Bought an outfit from Brighnasa this week. Great experience! She sent the package off lightning fast, and when there was a bit of a mixup regarding where the package was sent, she said she'd reimburse me before either of us knew for certain whether or not it was truly lost. Luckily, however, it wasn't, because the outfit is better than her description or photos indicated.

TL;DR: Brighnasa is a great seller, polite, prompt, and willing to provide excellent customer service should it be needed.
