Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. After months of finding this seller again, I happened to remember that I bought something from this seller, and never received nor gave feedback. This feedback is for LATE LAST YEAR to EARLY JANUARY 09.

      This is a neutral feedback.

      I first contacted Britt early December 08, around the first. (I have since deleted my sent PMs) I didn't recieve contact until the 6th. I was questioning about a puki sized wig that she had for sale. She said that it was still available and told me the total. I paid shortly after; on the 8th. A week went by and around 15th I sent her a message asking when the item had been shipped. She replied and said she ran out of envelopes. She apologized. I waited. I asked her again around the 18th if it had been shipped yet. She said yes and apologized once more. I finally received the wig a few days after Christmas, only to find it was too large for a puki sized head (which is what it was advertised as, and pictured on a puki; claimed to fit); she apologized.

      I feel that I should leave neutral feedback because I was not happy with the transaction, the total length it took to receive the item, the lack of communication (I had to initiate all contact), and item was not as described.

      I realize I should have left feedback six months ago, I apologize for my forgetfulness and slack.

    7. I purchased an MSD sized blue wig from Britt. It took a few days to get mailed (my fault, my paypal apparently hates giving out my verified shipping address), so she mailed it on Tuesday (June 23rd). It arrived today wonderfully packed in a bubble envelope and in a mesh casing. She was wonderful to deal with, was polite, and put up with all my e-mails. :)

      Would definitely deal with her again.

    8. Britt is great person! I have just reсeived Dollshe Bernard from her and I'm very thankful for this amazing boy! Britt is very frendly, it's a pleasure to communicate and have a deal with her, she is very quick in answering and was too kind to allow me adopt her boy in my house. ^^
      Transaction was fast and Britt notised me as soon, as she received my funds, then she shipped her boy in proper time as promised. Package was very good, so he arrived in safe!

      Thanks a lot again! I would deal with Britt again with great pleasure. :)

      I ordered three wigs, however after I sent her the money one wigs was out of stock and she promptly refunded the money for that wig. The wigs were shipped quickly (with a small delay due to July 4th) and were in perfect condition. Thank you very much!

    12. I participated in a group order run by Britt. She was aiming for the event head, so I suggested that all the participants get free shipping since she'd be getting the head. She agreed enthusiastically, which was nice :) The transaction was pretty good, but she was a little slow with shipping and did not PM us with updates as she had said she would do. Overall, I wouldn't not recommend her to others, but I would recommend a little patience and initiative to contact her frequently.

      As Kuro said she was a bit slow with the sorting and the updating so patience is surely the best to deal with her... but I do still recommend her, totally ^^

    20. Went into a split for Amber's hooves and thighs, but also did a partial trade with her as well for IO's body. It was a long wait because of Soom, but a pleasant one because of Britt! Everything was run smoothly without a problem and my hooves arrived quickly as well! Packed well, friendly, and overall a great transaction!
