I bought an SD sized camera from Britt, she was super nice and the shipping was fast an really secure! a great seller

 

Britt commissioned me for a faceup, and she was a pleasure to work with throughout. She was on vacation the week I was working on her doll, but she maintained consistent communication nonetheless and was completely understanding of my own schedule. When I forgot to mail out her doll's headcap with the head, she was very understanding as well. I would definitely work with her again!

I conducted a trade with Britt at the end of August - a Linabeti corset set for a pair of shoes and Souldoll eyes - and all went smoothly. We were both a bit delayed by life, but other than that it went well. I'd trade again.

 

I bought the Iple House Mars from Britt.

I have asked her to reduce the value before even paying for the doll. I have paid her the PP fees and everything else she requested, but SHE CARELESSLY FORGOT TO REDUCE THE VALUE WHEN SHIPPING THE DOLL. AND SHE PM-ED ME 2 DAYS AFTER THE DOLL WAS SHIPPED AND IT WAS ALREADY WEEKEND SO THERE WAS NO TIME TO CHANGE THE RECEIPT. She admitted going to the post office and asked and they (according to her) can't change the invoice because the doll is already OUT OF THE COUNTRY when it's STILL THERE. I CHECK THE TRACKING CODES TODAY and IT STILL SAYS "COLLECTING", meaning the DOLL IS STILL IN THE POST OFFICE IN THE USA. It hasn't been shipped.

I don't live with my parents and it will be my parents who receive and PAY FOR THE TAX. My parents don't know about my BJD HOBBY and now I'm going to get killed literally BECAUSE OF HER CARELESSNESS. I WILL PAY $200 or MORE for TAX which I don't have any money for! And either do my parents! I already spent more money on this doll MORE than my other dolls and I WILL END UP PAYING $1000 for a doll that only worths $700!

SHE has been VERY CARELESS and has done NOTHING to help me sort this out. I am VERY disappointed in her. And I will HATE that doll for the rest of my life.

If I had known about her carelessness, I WOULDN'T WANT TO BUY IT FROM HER IN THE FIRST PLACE. And I will give her a BIG negative feedback for being CARELESS and NOT PAYING ATTENTION to what I have requested as a buyer.

I WOULD HAVE WANTED A REFUND AND I WOULD HAVE SENT BACK THE DOLL TO HER IF I HAD MONEY TO PAY FOR MORE SHIPPING FEE, but this is an overseas transaction and I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE MONEY to pay for her fault.

 

Participated in a Fairyland GO run by Britt, great communication and I actually kind of forgot about it during the period Fairyland send it of to Britt, so when I got a notice from Britt the order had arrived with her I was pleasantly surprised. After that she shipped it as soon as I paid her the shippingcosts and from today, my Finnie has her own body

very pleased with the way things went

 

I have to add something... I received the doll today. It was well worth the wait. Although I still have to pay high for custom fees, Britt had been very understanding and helpful along the way... I'm really grateful that she didn't just walk away... So I will give her a positive feedback... Thanks for being patient with me! And please be careful next time... *hug* and Thank You.

Britt was a participant in my second Canvas Shoes group order everything went well! ^^ She kept up communication on her end of things very well and payments were sent in swiftly. I have nothing bad to say about this transaction at all~

I don't like leaving negative feedback, but in this case it had to be done. I began a layaway plan with Britt for several heads with custom face-ups over the summer, before my MP ban. My payments were always prompt and she responded to my PMs quickly at first. Then once the layaway ended, I contacted her before sending the final payment, since I had not heard from her for a while. I did not hear back from her for over a month! She had only finished one of the heads in the whole layaway period so I decided to have her just ship out the one head and refund me for the otehrs. Then I filed paypal disputes for the payments, and now I finally have 1 of the 4 heads, and a refund for the remaining balance. Overall Britt is a very nice person, however, I would not deal with her again.

 

I traded an event head for a sanding, faceup, and restringing of my Bernard. Britt is generally very good with communication (though there was a time period in which I could not reach her, which was a little scary) and she's very nice and friendly. She worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and was a good listener. It did take a very long time, but I'm fairly happy in the end.

 

I bought a very beautiful Luts Senior Delf Annette and some clothes and wig from Britt. All PM's were super fast with great communication. My doll & other items were shipped out when she told me it would and arrived to me the next day. It was all packed very nicely, and in the condition she told me it would be in. I would definitely have more transactions in the future with Britt.

 

Got back from Anime Los Angeles 6, and my doll clothes (1 sweater, 1 fleece vest) was waiting for me. Awesomeness. Transaction was smooth, communication was great, and this was an overall sweet deal. Recommended!

 

Britt was a pleasure to work with. I purchase a head from her and she kept me informed the whole way, great communication and super fast shipping.
