Feedback for Byakko

Bought a Soom Ender from Byakko to give to a friend for her b'day and everything about the transaction was smooth. PM's were answered promptly and politely. The doll shipped immediately after payment and was very well and carefully packed for his trip across the ocean. The doll was exactly as described in the sales post and is just beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Byakko again as it was a pleasant, hassle-free transaction from start to finish.

I just received a Granado Uriel head that I purchased from Byakko. Communication was prompt, efficient, and wonderfully polite. What a great experience in communication with Byakko and help to resolve a problem. I bought a PashaPasha mini with face up by Pasha herself. The doll was sent very fast, however, once in France, the parcel went to a private company instead of the official french one. Those people kept saying I was not home etc. Then, Byakko helped me to resolve the problem and I finally was able to get the doll. Beautifully protected, and ... a nice, delicious gift as a surprise!!! All what I can say is that for sure I would buy from Byakko again and again, this was a ***** transaction! I purchased a SOOM Euclase head from Byakko. She shipped the head promptly and provided a tracking number right away. She also included some nice extras in with the head, which was kind. The head was well-packaged and arrived with no damage. I highly recommend her. She was an excellent seller.

 

I purchased a DOI Kalix body from Byakko. They were kind enough to negotiate the price slightly, and shipped quickly after payment was made. The doll body was packaged extremely well with lots of bubble wrap and padding! They even included some tasty looking marshmallows. I would not hesitate to buy from them again! Very positive transaction.

 

I purchased a Dust of Dolls Khol from Byakko and she was an absolute angel to buy from -- super prompt replies, very patient and understanding of my shipping concerns, I couldn't be happier. International shipping is taking longer than usual to my country due to the current ongoing pandemic, but Byakko kept me informed of any shipping updates she received every step of the way. The doll was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition, just as the pictures showed. I'd definitely buy from her again

In my apparent continuing effort to buy all the dolls from Byakko, I purchased a full doll and head this time around. Communication was prompt and polite and the dolls were shipped the day after my payment was received. The full doll was shipped unstrung and each part was carefully wrapped individually in bubble wrap and the parts themselves were surrounded by foam in the shipping box. There was also a bag of candies in the box, which was a lovely gesture. The doll and head were exactly as described in the sales post and I'm very happy with my purchase and most definitely wouldn't hesitate to do business with Byakko again.
