Feedback for Captainkyo

I participated in captainkyo's leekeworld GO! She kept us updated despite the loooong wait from Leeke, and promptly sent out my order qhen it finally arrived! I recommend her wholeheartedly and wouldnt hesitate to deal with her again. Thank you for everything!

 

I bought a wig from captainkyo. Everything went well between us! The US postal system got in the way but luckily that worked itself out no trouble! I would definitely buy from her again!

 

I was part of CaptainKyo's Leekeworld GO. Despite the issues on Leeke's end (things going out of stock, taking a long time to ship) CaptainKyo kept the GO running as smoothly as possible and provided plenty of patient communication. She was so nice and accommodating even when I had to change my order multiple times due to some things being OOS. I really appreciate how she responded to emails very quickly. When Leeke took a long time to ship, she kept us all up to date and informed. Her shipping was super fast--she must have shipped out everything the day she got the order! Everything was safely packed and in perfect condition. She did a fantastic job running the GO and handled the few bumps in the road with perfect ease. Thank you CaptainKyo!

 

I was a part of CaptainKyo's Leekworld GO #2 that occurred back in June. There was a lack of communication between the group and Kyo for a lengthy amount of time (about a month I believe). It wasn't until people started asking questions regarding their orders when Kyo actually started communicating with us. At that point we found that there was an issue on Leekworld's end which was entirely out of Kyo's control; perfectly understandable. When everyone's items reached the states, however, things started to get confusing. People were receiving orders meant for other people. It took a number of weeks for everything to be corrected and it wasn't an enjoyable experience for me (I had to ship the item I wrongly received to the actual buyer with my own money and Kyo took a phenomenal amount of time refunding me for shipping the item). IMO I think Kyo bit off more than she could chew with this GO given its overall size, and I'd rather not deal with this again.

 

Bought a body and wig from CaptainKyo. Great communication. Shipped fast! Great transaction!! Thank you!!!

 

I participated in CaptinKyo's 3rd Leekeworld GO and couldn't be happier! She was friendly and easy to contact. She also was kind enough to sort through several extra wigs for us! Would gladly join her Go's again!

 

I participated in captainkyo's Leekeworld GO #3. She responded to questions in a timely manner and processed everything fairly quickly despite being in the middle of finals. Not sure I would have been able to do that! I am very happy with this transaction and pleased to be part of her Leekeworld GO #4 too.

I joined in a GO with Captainkyo. After the update that our items arrived to her, I waited eight days for my domestic shipping quote, then another nine days for my items to ship.

Normally I would be more understanding of delays, but I got no responses to PMs even though Captainkyo was frequently on the forum.

Perhaps I am being too hard, but I have never had delays of this kind in any other GO I have been in.

On a positive side, Captainkyo did check with Leeke when it was posted that those that ordered the premium mohair wigs would be getting an additional wig due to the wait on Leeke's end and confirmed that we would be getting a free wig for each of the mohair ones in our order. My items were nicely packed and arrived in good condition.

Overall I would be hesitant to join another of Captainkyo's GOs due to the lack of PM responses, though if her switch to Priority only shipping in her newer orders improves her turn around times in the future, I may consider giving her another shot.

 

I participated in her Leekeworld GO #3. This is the 2nd GO of hers I've been in. I would not hesitate to join any others she chose to run in the future. She kept us updated in the thread about any delays and information from Leeke; shipped fast and securely. She's professional, friendly, quick to respond and well organized. Would fully recommend. I participated in a Leekeworld GO run by Captainkyo. Although Leekeworld had a few problems (the loooong wait times for the new wigs), Kyo kept us informed. She packaged the items very well. My only complaint was the long length of time between receiving the items and giving out the shipping quotes. I understand that it was finals week, but after waiting over a month for Leeke to get things in order, I was a little impatient.

However, it was very nice of her to contact Leeke and ask about the free wigs as well as sort them and match them for everyone who bought a mohair wig.

 

I participated in a Leekeworld G.O. with captainkyo. She kept us updated on the thread, and answered questions frequently. The arrival of the wigs to her was at a bad time, during her finals week, so the shipping took a while. I fully understand that however, and I have already joined another group order that she is hosting. ^__^ Thank you captainkyo for being a good host and keeping things organized!

 

captainkyo ran a wonderful GO for Leekeworld. I would happily join in another GO or other doll activity with her again.

I also took part in captainkyo's Leekeworld GO "3".

She was so nice during all the process and kept us well informed about the state of our order through the thread. Kindly asked leeke about the extra wigs that they were going to give us as a gift because of the extra item process time. The shipping of the items when the package arrived to her house to me was slow but there was a good reason for that delay, that I fully understood, she was on her finals weeks. I will gladly join another GO in future or have any kind of transaction with her in future if she allows me to do so.

Participated in a recent Lekkeworld order and was completely satisfied. captainKyo did a great job as group leader and kept us up to date, provided tracking and plenty of info. My wig arrived last evening.

 

I participated in captainkyo's Leekeworld GO #4. It was another great transaction with her, and I am very satisfied. I would gladly join future GOs hosted by her.
