Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Communication was excellent and friendly, the dolls were packed with great care to arrive in perfect condition and shipped very quickly too.     3. catas helped me sort out a problem with my Dika Doll Adler. (I ordered him through Angel Dolls UK. He arrived okay, but with one damaged hand. There was a delay with Angel Dolls getting me a replacement).

      catas very kindly contacted Dika Doll and arranged for them to send me replacement hands. Angel Dolls paid the shipping from China to me. When I received the replacement hands, Dika Doll had also sent me a gift of jointed hands.

      catas was very helpful and kind and kept in touch to make sure that I received my hands.

    4. I had a problem with my DF-A 1/3 girl body, because its parts had scratches because of its the bad design. Although I didn't order my body from catas, she was very kind and helpful with me (I ordered it from HappyHouse, but they weren't so helpful at first), and catas helped me to get free replacement. :)
      I can say just nice things about catas, I should offer the ordering with catas to everyone! If catas hadn't helped me, now I wouldn't have new parts. So thank you so much, and I wish Icould soon thank for you enough, and I would like to order from you!:D

      ~Communication was consistent and excellent. catas is very friendly and helpful with buyer inquiries and requests.
      ~Received package in very good condition.

    10. i know it was late for me to post my feedback, but here it is:

      i have bought last October 2011 Momo bjd loongsoul and it had arrived January 2, 2012
      - it was securely pack, that every thing was intact no scratch. Momo arrived safely. I was very glad that I have ordered my first bjd from Ms.Catas.
      -and if Momo's body were to worn, i shall be ordering from her again. She friendly and very patience with answering all of my queries:lol:
