Chien did faceups on one of my dolls, and they are both gorgeous! Her work is spectacular and full of attention to detail. While the wait time was on the longer side, I was not worried at all; she was always quick to get in touch with pictures whenever I inquired about my dolls.

I have commissioned Chien in the past, and I hope to be able to do so again in the future.

 

Chienism painted three dolls heads for me and they all turned out great! Good communication and a real pleasure to deal with.

 

I am leaving feedback with much remorse since Chien is a very nice girl, I just was not pleased with our transaction.

I commissioned Chien for a slot in May which came around quickly. At the time she kindly requested I wait to ship out my boys, I agreed with no issues, I understand the pressure of commissions. Well June came around and I asked her if I should send my boys out. She said that should be fine even though she still had heads to work on. I told her I did not mind waiting and asked if it would be okay if I added an additional head (that makes three) for her to paint since I did not mind waiting. She agreed. I shipped out the heads at the end of June. Well about a month goes by and there are no updates, so I asked her how things were going and she said she had not started them yet and she was finishing up the rest of her other commissions. I said this was fine. August comes around and there are still no updates. I asked her again how my boys were going and she said she had started them but she was not done yet. It is now middle of September and I ask her again how my boys are. She is completed one, and the other two she didn't like how they turned out so she asked if she could redo them. I was a little unhappy with this since it'd been quite some time, but I agreed patiently. A week passes and I asked her if they were done, she replies they are halfway done.
At this point I kindly asked her to return them to me since I felt I had waited long enough and I really just wanted my boys home. She asked me if she could have more time since they were halfway done and wanted to complete them. Being patient again I finally agreed. A week later they were still not done. I told her I just wanted them home. So she accepted, I paid partially for the one completed head, and payment towards return shipping. She did tell me the one completed head was not glossed, but I replied that was fine because I have my own I could finish it with.
She was very prompt and shipped them out to me the next day. I received the heads today.
Unfortunately they are not in the condition I was not expecting them to be in. The two heads that were not completed still have MSC caked into their lips and ears, which suggests they were not cleaned thoroughly before being returned.
The one head that had been completed did not look complete, the eyeliner on the one side was uneven and it was not what I was expecting at all.

As kind as a person as Chien is, I unfortunately have to say that I do not intend on commissioning her in the future.

 

I bought a restored MSDoll Human Pan from chienism.
The doll is just so lovely, I love her very much. Shipping was very quick and communication was extremely perfect!
The restoration of the doll is also very awesome. She looks like a brand new doll. I love her so much.

I bought a customhouse Hani and a customhouse Uri from Chienism. She was very kind and she let me know right away that she was very busy at the time so that the responses might have some delay. That was ofcourse totally fine with me so communication was great and went smoothly, she shipped them out almost immediately after i made the payment and the shipping (although not expected to be as fast because of my choice in form of shipment) was really fast! I am very pleased with what i received and would recommend her as a seller!
