Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     12. Transaction was okay.

      I bought a Crobi M body on layaway. Dr. Seiji was flexible with the layaway plan and refunded me shipping.

      I think communication could have been better because I was informed in advanced that the body would be coming in a smaller box; that the body had been hot suede and will be MSC coated which I was fine with. However, I was not informed that the body will be partially disassembled. When the body came, the feet were disconnected from the body and the end of the legs had a q-tip and a paper towel holding the elastic. I wouldn't have mind if it was wooden sticks or pencil because those were sturdier. Putting the feet back would be easier with those, but paper towel and a q-tip? I struggled really hard to take those out but since they were not sturdy, they got stuck inside with the elastic. In the end, I had to disassemble the whole body and restring it back which was very frustrating. I didn't expect to be restringing the doll. I think that if I knew if advanced that I had to restring then I'd be prepared for it (since I hate restringing) but I wasn't informed and even tho I wasn't, the experience putting the doll back was inconvenient and frustrating instead of easy because of the tools (paper towel and q-tip) used.

      To sum up:
      - Good points: flexibility with layaway and refund
      - Bad points: wasn't informed of body being partially disassembled and tools (paper towel and q-tip) holding disassembled parts were inconvienent

      Overall transaction was okay.

    13. I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that I have caused, but since I have not received any PM or contacted about the problem, but this feedback. I thought the transaction went through smoothly.
      This transaction would have been better if I was not rushing in shipping and noticed the buyer about the partial disassembly doll.
      I took off the feet of the doll because I do not want the doll to arrive there damaged and did not expect that the buyer had difficulty reassembling the doll. I placed folded paper towel and a q tip because both tools are not harmful to resin. My priority is just wanted the doll to be there safely.
      If I leave the S Hook inside, I am afraid that it will scratch the resin and damage the box. I did my best to try having the doll home safely and did not expect the buyer’s inconvenient and frustration. I truly apologize.

She apologized and took the extra effort to ensure that I got 100% satisfaction by giving me a partial refund and a new elastic for the body. She even gave me suggestions for handling/restringing the doll. I couldn't be happier. ^_______________^
