I joined my very first GO for Dollmore, which was run by dragonesskirra. It couldn't have been smoother! dragonesskirra was very clear on all the Group Order terms and deadlines, including PayPal fees. She kept her GO thread updated promptly, and PM'd me with my tracking number when my order was ready to ship. She even refunded me the extra she saved on shipping! Since my order was mostly clothing, it kind of insulated itself so there wasn't any extra packaging. All of my items arrived in brand-new condition and I couldn't be more pleased!
