Recently bought an Elf Chiwoo head from Elendae_Nersil and things went as wonderfully as they could! I had some problems with paypal, but she was very understanding and with me all the way.

Commissioned her for two faceups and a full body blush on Resin Soul MSD dolls.

The two faceups went well and came out great, one got her eyelashes wrinkled in shipping but that was outside Elendae's control and she even offered to fix it for free if I sent her the head back.

Face-up Feedback: Positive

The full body blush turned out to be a little more work than she first thought and ended up having a couple of problems when it was returned to me. Unfortunately one of her hooves (RS centaur doll) didn't get fully painted, a medium sized section of blushing got damaged in transit on one of her back legs; elbows and knees where not finished to my liking. She did send me final photos which I OKed but due to the lighting in the photos I couldn't fully see some parts of the body and instead of asking for more photos I just OKed them. Later when we discussed it she said she doesn't put blushing on elbows and knees due to being a high clip area, however she never informed me of this. I should have asked for clearer photos so that is my mistake.

Body Blushing Feedback: Neutral

Original time frame she gave me was not met, partly my fault because I got wrapped up in covid issues and blanked on sending her a payment which I quickly sent her as soon as I discovered my lapse. However she did admit that the body blushing was a much bigger project than she first thought it would be. Since I didn't have any real dead lines the extended time wasn't a major problem for me, I rather a project be done right than be done quickly and be wrong.

Also I asked her to ship my doll via FedEx Ground instead my doll came via Overnight, after talking with the employee who shipped the doll I was informed by the Employee and she was told to ship the package Overnight and even remembered the transaction and box without me having to ask for such details. I believe this happened due to Elendae feeling the pressure to get my doll back to me quickly and was in the middle of getting ready to leave her home for an extended period of time so was distracted.

Final Thoughts...

Elendae, does not do bad work, she is very talented. But I think due to the stress over covid, her work and communication skills suffered from the stress, and in the end she had to rush to get me my doll back since she had to go out of town. I also could have communicated better with her but also due to covid I was distracted and also wasn't at my best. We both made mistakes during this transaction.
