Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     19. Elendae_Nersil contacted me a few weeks ago offering me her SDF Abadon head for sale since my profile and sales threads had specified I wanted to buy one. I requested pics and was shown a few of the head from a certain angle, and purchased it for 140 dollars.

      I had the head sent directly to a faceup artist here on DoA. The artist then informed me that the head arrived safely and well packed - BUT his ear was heavily damaged and will need sanding and repair. She said he was kind of a mess, which really upset me because none of this had been disclosed to me.

      I promptly contacted Elendae_Nersil about this and requested a refund of 45 dollars - she was very friendly and sincerely apologetic, which I appreciated, and sent the refund right away. She was very nice and communicative throughout the entire process as well. It wasn't the most pleasant experience but I am confident the head will work out alright for my needs.

      Again, thanks for your honesty and apology.

    20. I had absolutely no idea that the head was in that condition. I had him for a couple of days before I sent him off to my friend for a temporary face up. I honestly just pulled him out of the box and stuck a wig on his head, assuming that the head was fine.

      I was asked to take the face up off before I sent him to her face-up artist and I did the best I could removing the face up, but it was hard even with the acetone that I picked up at the store. I am sincerely sorry though for the ear. I've never had any problems like that. I'm terribly sorry and I'll never just assume that dolls I get are okay without looking at them ever again.
