I was also in GothicKDM's Phonolus split (for the outfit). She was very flexible on the layaway (let me set how much to pay and when) and kept the group updated throughout. The outfit was shipped very securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for running this split!

I had a transaction with GothicKDM, buying some hooves and torso. I had originally also asked to buy an Ai outfit from GothicKDM, we had agreed the price and i was waiting to pay for the outfit but i was then informed that she was going to sell it to someone else. Appart from that the transaction was good. It took a very long time to get the hooves blushed but i cant wait to see them as from the pics they do look excellent (my sister has the package as i am moving). She gets a huge plus on the PMs as they were all well written and very kind. The package was incredibly well packed and my sister said it was like our christmas impossible parcels with plenty of padding so see them through the journey. Thankyou for selling these items, i am sure to enjoy them very much!

GothicKDM answered my WTB Thread. I bought Dollfie Dream Neris from her. She was very complaint. Answered quickly. Doll was packed perfectly. And in gread condition. GothicKDM even gave me her original eyes. It was great to do busines with her.

I bought a Dollzone Floy (default outfit and wig) from GothicKDM. He was shipped extremely well and secure, and I couldn't ask for more. I waited ten days after my last PM before leaving my feedback for GothicKDM. I didn't have any reply to my last two MPs.
I bought their MD Soom Sard 2008 CW. Communication was very good and prompt.
She worked with me on negotiating a price that we both agreed on.
She cleaned him pretty well and sent him unstrung, allowing me to spend less money on shipping.
GothicKDM kindly provided me the pictures I asked (she didn't have any pictures of him blank, so I asked her to shoot more detailed pictures of the doll). She had some delays on shipping due to Veteran's day holiday and workload but always reassured me adn replied very fast.
She was kind enough to ask for some extra prices on the shipping and sent me a Zinc outfit (very well packaged and looked like new) random silicone eyes and a nice wig. I was happy with it.

I was worried about the delays so I got a little bit anxious and wrote her some PMs but I was saddened for the loss of contact before the transaction was over (she sent me the tracking number and disappeared).

The doll arrived. It looks good but has some flaws she didn't state on Sard's sale thread:
He has chipping on a buttock, a deep scratch on his chest, a few very light scratches on his head (they aren't noticeable with MSC on) and some not very noticeable dog bites on one hoof (who is more yellowed than the other) and on one cheek (almost unnoticeable). Magnets fell off during the travel (I received them like this) and I had to glue them as soon as he arrived (but I don't think this was her fault).
After receiving the doll I read she had an incident with that doll and a dog bit the legs. By the way the legs seem ok to me.
I can provide pics but I'm not interested.
I don't want to complaint: it's an used doll and it is in pretty good conditions now that I restored him. I'm now happy with it.


It was a quite good transaction and she was pretty kind too.


I just complaint about one thing: as stated on GothicKDM's sale thread here on DoA, she wasn't sure if she could be able to find CoA.
She told me she would have sent me a copy on her transaction with Soom and I agreed.
I never received it. I asked for it on my last two PMs but never got a reply.
I don't want to sound rude as I don't want to, but I think I deserve to have it since I spent a lot of money on this doll and I could need it to prove this Sard is authentic.

Maybe I bothered you too much, I'm very very sorry if I did: for real. I was overly-worried about the long and unexpected delay since you had to procrastinate shipping a lot of times.

I really do hope you will send it to me as soon as you can (you can PM it to me) so, after this, I will consider this transaction happily over.
