Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I commissioned Helene for two faceups for my White Luster Sylva and Confused Doll Sleeping Noel heads. It was honestly the best faceup commission experience I've had, with the fastest turnaround, frequent contact, a perfect interpretation of the faceup description, and fantastic, extremely skillful and detailed results. I hope I can commission another Rugged Realism faceup again someday, thanks so much for my boys!

    4. I have been neglectful! I will have to post pictures of my two men later, but Helene has done my Aramis, and my Grant Philippe, and both are MAGNIFICENT! Indeed, Grant Philippe is almost intimidating in his perfection. Helene is an absolute angel. You are in good hands when you send your resin family for her expert ministrations.

    6. I commissioned Helene to work on a faceup for my Iplehouse Felix, and it was a wonderful transaction althroughout. She is very polite and pleasant, and would always be kind enough to check in with me if there was something I would have wanted changed along the way. She shipped my head back promptly as well.

    7. I was lucky enough to snag a commission spot with Helene again for my Bimong Dandelion twins. I had worked with her before on another project during which she was graciously wonderful. I wanted the opportunity to work with her again and got the chance. Once again the communication was prompt and clear. She was always willing to provide guidance and clarity about the various steps involved. I greatly appreciate this type of information and professionalism. Turn around was incredibly fast and only a day or two between progress pics. Most exciting is that I've already been given a shipping date. Always a pleasure and many thanks!

      Purchased a doll head w/ Rugged Realism face up from Helene.

      Helene handled this entire transaction professionally from beginning to finish.

      Shipment was prompt and the package arrived safe and sound to my residence in a quick and smooth manner.

      I high recommend Helene as both a seller and competent face up artist.

    11. I purchased a Spiritdoll Proud V2 boy body in tan from Helene. She was very easy to communicate with and timely. She sent me pictures of the package she was shipping it in and provided images of the original receipts. Shipping was fast and everything came well packaged. I would happily purchase from Helene again! :lol:
