Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I recently participated in a Chalco split run by hemlock. I ordered a wig and boots. It was a long layaway, which was perfect for me. This was my first time in a split so didn't know what to expect. but I think it went the way it is supposed to lol Dealing with hemlock was quick and easy. She helped me with calculating ppal fees.

      At some point hemlock notifed us that the shipment arrived, but she notified me that she couldn't find the boots. I was quite crushed, I really wanted them. I belive this was around the same time that hemlock was banned from market place - however, the communication, although not as quick due to access, was very good. hemlock tried to find the boots, but couldn't. I got my payment refunded and the wig shipped pretty quickly.

      hemlock, I am still hoping you will find the boots :)

    2. Hemlock and I were in the middle of a layaway transaction for me to purchase the SD17 Williams The Darkness of Ensign boots and outfit, she was great the whole way through. We even met at Dolpa to exchange the remaining cash for the outfit and boots. Very polite the whole way through, timely with payments and totally understanding, this was a really pleasant transaction:)

    3. I bought beyla hooves from Hemlock , they shipped fast, they arrived in perfect condition & safely packaged. The communication was also fast & helpful - the package stuck a bit at post office here but Hemlock was truly helpful with information so it resolved easily & fast. I am truly happy with the whole transaction & I recommend her!

    4. I was in a GO for shoes arranged by Hemlock. Most of my shoes arrived, although two pair never did. She refunded my money. I have always had great transactions with Hemlock. Great communcation and very nice. Thanks so much. Cheryl
