My transaction with hiritai went smoothly. The wig arrived quickly and communication was great! Thanks!

 

I bought a popodoll body from Hiritai. She was very friendly and usually responded to my messages quickly, considering the time zone difference. I am overall very pleased with the body and the price I paid for it. There were, however, some issues with shipping--she was not entirely up front with me about when the body was shipped and the body was only loosely wrapped with bubble wrap, which led to a finger breaking off during shipping. (The body was sent in a souldoll box with pillows, so it did have some padding)

 

Hiritai commissioned me for an elf ear mod and faceup on her Volks Olivia boy. She's awesome to deal with, great with communication and payment, and let me know as soon as he arrived back home. I'll be happy to work with her again anytime!

 

I sold a pair of Amber antlers and a tail to Hiritai and she was wonderful to deal with, quick payment and great communication!

 

I sold my Soom MD Chalco to her on layaway. Some of the payments went with delay from her but she finished the layaway earlier than expected. Communication in the end was a little slow but the transaction went well. Thanks for adopting my Chalco and enjoy him!

Reluctantly I must leave a neutral feedback for Aeryn. I have just finished a long and exhausting transaction with her, but before anything else let me say that the doll I purchased from her - an Elfdoll June on a Customhouse body - finally arrived today in good shape and the stress of waiting is over.

To make a long story short, communication was good and responses were rapid at first, but after I send her the money on December 13th she went off the grid and I didn't hear anything back beside an email acknowledging the receipt and indicating she would probably mail the doll on Dec. 15th. I waited patiently, emailing every now and then until Dec. 25th, when she contacted me saying she had been sick and loopy from the medication (reasonable) and had not mailed until the 24th December. Left the tracking number at work, but would send it shortly.

No contact for several weeks in spite of repeated emails begging for the tracking number, and no doll, either. By now extremely concerned, I filed a PayPal dispute, as it had been 44 days since I sent my payment. This elicited a very apologetic response admitting that she had lied about mailing the doll on the 24th, and that it was still in Melbourne. She said she could refund my money or mail it, and I said MAIL IT!! This time she did, and the tracking number came through immediately. The doll finally arrived today, in good shape, as described, and with some extras she sent along to make up for the delay. I'm happy -- frustrated but happy.

I'm sure there are extenuating circumstances in there somewhere and I can forgive what happened, but felt it was only fair to other DoA members to be up front about the difficulties encountered.

 

Followup: I realized halfway into my transaction that I had inadvertently overpaid for my doll by $90 - inverting numbers is a horrid habit of mine and when I sent the payment I did it again, and sent $90 too much. After all else was settled, Aeryn refunded the overpayment quickly, and for this I want to leave her great feedback! Thanks, Aeryn.

Bought some pants and a top from Hiritai ~ she was fast to respond and made it very clear that there might be delays in shipping due to travel and illness (which I didn't mind), and let me know when the package had shipped. Lovely transaction, lets do it again sometime
