I bought my gorgeous Unidoll Jace from hobbywhelmed on layaway. She was extremely helpful in answering my clothing-related questions, and while communication lapsed just a little towards the end, I never had cause to worry. Jace did arrive with a small nick in the resin of his hip joint, two small stains on his face and high on his head, and his eyes had been melted by the putty in his head, which I had to gently chip away with a screwdriver. All this having been said, I recieved a genuine apology from hobbywhelmed, who I believe was genuinely unaware of any of these imperfections. There's no damage done to the doll that cannot be fixed. I love my new boy to iddy biddy bits, so please consider this positive feedback. ^^ I would do business with hobbywhelmed again. Thanks!
