Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     8. I bought an Elfdoll sleeping Vivien head from Immie. At the beginning everything went well, but after I made the payment, Immie disappeared for a week. I messaged her to ask about the head's shipping and she said she shipped the head, but her purse was stolen and couldn't provide a tracking number because of this.I have been waiting a month for the head to arrive but it didn't.
      During this we had a very slow and bumpy communication where she asked for more time to get her new ID, so she could ask for a tracking number replacement, but this never happened. She also promised me to refund the head's price because we thought it got lost during shipping
      Immie had difficulties because of her stolen purse and others which she never talked about. I'm sure we could have worked something out if she had been honest with me, and hadn't just keep promising everything.
      After all, Immie's friend contacted me and said the head was reshipped to me. I didn't know that the head arrived back to Immie or anything else, as she didn't contact me in the last two weeks.
      The head arrived yesterday and is in pristine condition. It was very well packed and didn't have any chance to get hurt.
      Although the transaction ended with a positive issue, this was my most negative transaction ever on DoA because of the lack of communication.

    9. I've purchased a Leekeworld Lion head from Immie and the communication was great! She let me know all the details and answered all my questions without any problem ^__^ She was patient with the payment and shipped right after the money was received. There was a lovely note and some sweets with my new boy and he is exactly as promised.

    11. Immie bought 1/4-sized horns from me. She paid quickly, and was friendly. However, there was some complications (she wasn't happy with the horns and wanted to send them back, I might have missed a message) and she was slower in her communications - sometimes weeks apart.

      Despite our problems I am giving positive feedback to Immie, as the original transaction went smoothly and in the end everthing turned out fine.
