  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I joined Jerrysugarav!'s Hands glass eye order. It couldn't be any less hassle, there was some complication with conversion and what not but she took care of everything. I had to change my shipping address midway and she took care of them with no fuss. Will join her GO again! :>:> Thank you!

    10. I bought a YoSD Kanon from Jerrysugarav. The doll arrived in condition as described. The transaction is considered complete.

      However, I'm unsatisfied with the lack of communication on her part during this transaction. I have left a negative feedback detailing why I'm so unhappy with the turn of event, even though I did receive what I bought.

      Although this transaction is finished, I believe I will not be doing business with Jerrysugarav in the future. It's simply too stressful.

      Although the doll did arrive, and I consider this transaction RESOLVED, I cannot say that I was happy at all with the way she has handled this transaction. The lack of effort to keep me informed and up-to-date on her part was appalling. And letting me know that she's lost the tracking number only one day before the doll's arrival was absolutely irresponsible!!

      Here is her response after I persistently e-mailed her for the tracking number:

      Just because there is a vague idea of when the doll should be arriving doesn't make it okay for the fact that she's not provided me a tracking number since the day she's shipped the doll, which is her responsibility to!

      I have reimbursed her through paypal for the extra amount shipping turned out to be and also covered for the fees, as strangely as paypal have become. I don't want to feel like I owe her in any way!

      As much as I'd like to thank her for selling me her doll, and I do, I don't think I will ever do business with her again in the future. I simply cannot afford to go through something as nerve wrecking as this again.

      For those wondering why I'm unhappy even after receiving the doll, please refer to the chronological log I've created in the paging thread. And you'll see why.
