Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     11. Bought a couple of 100/0 brushes from Kayley. They were shipped very quickly and arrived with me in Australia (using regular airmail) within 3 days. Was slightly overcharged for shipping due to the USPS online calculator, but was swiftly refunded the difference. Thank you :D

    13. I must apologize to Kayley for how late this feedback is in coming, it is entirely my fault and I have no excuse. I received my painted head from her at the end of September and it is simply gorgeous.

      She was polite in communication as well as very courteous and friendly. We had some issues getting in touch via PM on DoA (not her fault), but were finally able to communicate via email. Communication was still slow but I always received a response within two weeks. Despite slow communication I never felt that I was being avoided by Kayley during this transaction.

      Shipping when the faceup was completed was super fast!

      Her faceups (or at least the one I commissioned) look even better than photographed, so if you are okay with the slow communication she is worth the money.

    16. I have a neutral feedback for Kayley, I ordered a faceup from her and while her work is wonderful, our transaction had some communication problems. I felt that every time I wanted a update I have to ask for it instead of just being updated when she was finished with certain stages. To give an idea of how long it took, she received the head on 10-17-2008 and it arrived back to me on 2-02-2009 when I was expecting a quoted 2-6 weeks as posted on her commission thread.

      Kayley does very lovely faceups and I don't regret having her do my doll's faceup but the time it took was a bit excessive. :sweat
