Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. She was very quick and helpful in her messages, especially when there was a huge delay during shipment owing to the christmas/new year's holidays, contacting the post office to launch an investigation about it.       I bought a loongsoul head with faceup from Kunia .
      Kunia was very helpful and was willing to look at cheaper shipping options and was kind enough to take a extra picture of the head in a wig as well.
      I bought the head and Kunia shipped the head out very quickly and it arrived promptly and was carefully packaged and protected.
      Upon receiving the head I noticed that the sealant used on the faceup had fine crazing cracks covering the whole head, I let Kunia know about this and they were very helpful and let me know that they had not noticed the crazing but were willing to do a partial refund due to the issue.
      I would highly recommend Kunia as a seller, especially after how professionally they handled the faceup issue, It was very refreshing to have a seller behave that way and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.:thumbup
