Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. Lanilu commissioned me again for a faceup, and just like last time, it was a pleasure to work with her. She provided me with lots of clear details and reference pictures for the faceup, communication was great and she was prompt with the payment. She also let me know when the head arrived safely back to her.

      The communication was great, she was very understanding when I asked to hold them off for me a little and sent them at the dates I requested. She is very friendly and polite, was a pleasure to talk to ^^

      Unfortunately the package got lost by the post but we resolved everything quickly. Lanilu made a lost item claim and updated me on its status until she got reply from the post that they couldn't find the item.
      The package was insured, so I received full refund.

      It was a smooth transaction, I just wish the post could have handled it better and didn't lose the package, but it was beyond our control. T_T
      Aside from that, I won't hesitate to buy from Lanilu again and totally recommend her as a seller ^^
