It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Matirx7 bought a luts chiwoo from me. She paid promptly and was very friendly. When the package arrived in Argentina because the United States Postal Service made a mistake and sent it on the wrong plane....*_* Matrix7 was patient and maintained great communication with me throughout the month we had to wait for the package to finally reach its true destination. Finally the package arrived safely and she let me know right away. I highly recommend Matrix7 !! :thumbup She's a total sweetheart! :aheartbea

    3. I was part of a LUTS Delf Limited Lu-Wen split hosted by Matirx7. Communication was great, the body shipped very quickly, and it was in perfect condition upon arrival! Overall, a great transaction and I would definitely join a split hosted by Matirx7 again!

    7. I would like to write positive feedback about Matirx7. I purchased FeePle Cali from Matirx7 and she shipped me her on the next day after I paid. I had a bit slow delivery but this was no way is Matirx7 fault (our post may not work so well sometimes in my country). She added a lot of extras with her and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.     8. Matrix7 is without a doubt the most amazing person I have ever met in the hobby.
      She kindly let me have a long layaway of 3 months when I purchased my soony from her(my dream doll) as I have also been paying off my school fees.

      She was great to talk to and answered all questions. My soony was posted out ASAP and arrived with so much more than I had expected.

      Its so sad to know that Matrix7 is leaving the hobby as she really is SO nice! :aheartbea
