Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. It's a lovely mod job, and the transaction went very quick and easy. :D She was also very understanding when I got worried (for no reason) about Canada Post not updating the tracking info. -_- She reassured me that she would do whatever needed to be done to make sure I got my item. But in the end, there was no problem, and I received her on schedule. ^_^; Great seller!

    15. Problem was encountered, but was resolved in a totally positive, satisfactory way!

      I purchased PandorasToyBox's Delf Soony. However, when the doll arrived, it had a fair amount of undisclosed damage which I was not at all happy about. We exchanged PMs discussing the damage, which she did not deny but had forgotten to disclose or had never noticed and she took full responsibility for the problems.

      We came to an agreement for a partial refund that was partly paid for in clothing items and partly in money in the form of a refund sent through Paypal. She sent the money refund on the day she promised to and everything was resolved in a satisfactory way.

      I was not happy about the damage, but it was just human error and I feel her long track record of good transactions proves that there was nothing purposefully negligent or dishonest involved, just some damage that was accidentally overlooked.

      Despite the problems with the doll, I love the doll and I would happily purchase from PandorasToyBox again. Thanks for making a bad situation into a good one with great customer service. :)
