  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     12. I was commissioned by pastelflower for a faceup on her School C head. The transaction I had with her was great and no doubt did she promptly pay the deposit that I require for all my monthly slots. Unfortunately she received the head damaged by the face protector she provided. She had asked for a 25% refund, but I refused because aside from the dust spot that I saw in looking back at my pictures, I did not cause the scratches and chips nor did I poorly packaging her head as she claims in her feedback for me. I always safely package all the doll heads I send off, with a paid for or provided face protector, and in her case she blamed me when the head was damaged on its way to her. I offered to freely fix, not to completely repaint, the chipped blushing near the chin and clean the grey mark, that she stated was near the School C's cheek, but she found it outrageous to pay for shipping.

      I will still consider future transactions with pastelflower, but keep in mind I was blamed for the chips and scratches which were done when the package was in the hands of other people on it way back to her.
