Feedback for Phyllia

I commissioned Phyllia for my girl and everything went well. I really like the faceup that she did for my girl. I will definitely commission her again with my next doll for faceup. ^^

 

I sent one of my dolls to Phyllia for the second time. Just like last time, she was a pleasure to work with, and very prompt with communication. I appreciate the fact that she really takes into account your face-up requests, and I'm very happy with my girl's new look. Definitely recommended face-up artist!

There were scratches on the head when i got them back so i pm'ed phyllia about it, as usual her reply was prompt and i figured out how to solve the issue.

He came back very nicely packaged, with many layers of bubblewrap.

Phyllia is one of the most talented wonderful commission artist here on D.A. She resin matched my MSD soom head to Minifee body, as well as gave her a perfect face up, and painted her tattoo on her back exactly as I originally drew the Tattoo! Everything I asked of her she completed perfectly and in a very timely manner!

I commissioned Phyllia to do the face up on my Lati Lea. The face up turned out beautiful and I am so happy with it!

However I am not impressed by the level of communication I received. I feel I should say so here in her feedback thread just so future customers are aware. She is not that great with answering her messages and the 4 weeks turnaround time she states on her commission page is not true. I waited quite a few months for my head to be finished, and she did not answer my messages. But when she suddenly got back to me I got pictures of the finished face up (wonderful pictures btw!) and she sent my head back within a couple of days after I had ok'd her work.

So overall I am very happy with the outcome, and although it was a bit stressful with the long weeks of silence, I am happy I sent my Lea to her and I am very appreciative of her great skills.

 

I have finally after much waiting received my soom minette back from Phyllia. Her prices were very reasonable and she was very kind during the whole ordeal. Furthermore I could not be more pleased with the final result. My doll looks exactly like the photoshop pictures I sent her which really really surprised me but made me very very happy.

Communication was down often to a point that I had frequent anxiety over the whole issue, though it seems the majority of that was due to unforseen circumstances on her end. But once she really began to work on it everything was prompt in finalizing the transaction.

The faceup is flawless and I am extremely pleased with it.

It was under circumstances beyond Phyllia's control, but communication was poor and I ended up having to wait close to 6 months to get my head back. However, once the situation was fixed, Phyllia was able to ship the head back to me quickly and did not charge me anything. She was very sweet throughout the ordeal.
