Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. I traded with QueenOfSpades for the second time, it was a scary and long wait for the both of us when, after more then three weeks of waiting, we feared that my half of the trade had been lost in the post. She was fully prepared to offer me a full refunded payment of the items worth should they not arrive however - which I was very touched by!

      I'm pleased to report however, that despite the wait the items did arrive. I couldn't be happier with them and wouldn't hesitate to deal with her again in the future.

    10. Queen0fSpades purchased a Yo-SD pajama set from me and opted out of insurance. To my knowledge, the item still has not arrived, although Canadian post is notoriously slow. In the interim, I have had to endure several unpleasant PMs from her, and wish that this transaction had gone a better way.

      Its go on your shoulders if you asked someone else to post something and its never reach me when it was a 3 hours of my house. I think I have rights to find this strange.
      And I don't have any proof its really been posted too. I asked for no inssurance because ive never lost anything in the mail when buying from Australia, Uk, China, France and many other place around the world and suddenly something being posted from my own country at as I repeat around 3 hours of my city is lost.
      I have nothing against you but id like to know what your calling unpleasant pms because I can add youve been really slow answering me about news on my package delivery and when I asked for help you just answering me it was not your business anymore since its been shipped like you don't care and you didnt atleast had a bit of pity for me in your words. You didnt really being the perfect seller too.

    13. Neutral/flakey feedback

      Queen0fspades commissioned me for one of my dreadwigs, unfortunately I had to drop her from my list as communication was lacking.
      Just to give a rough timeline I sent an initial pm upon moving her to active slots on the 5th of may, having received no response I sent a second pm on the 11th asking if she'd recieved my first (which was done as a courtesy as I have a policy of dropping slots after two weeks with no contact and I wanted to be sure she got my first pm) and simply got a short pm back telling me to wait as she was busy, which is fair enough. Details where finally sent through on the 16th, I confirmed the order and requested a deposit payment (I always do this upon order confirmation) but heard nothing after that. I sent another PM yesterday on the 24th which again has gone unanswered despite the fact the read receipt shows it was read the day I sent it and the fact she's been on the forum since.

      Given Queen0fspades has had the time to bump her sales threads the whole time my pms have gone unanswered I can only assume they're being ignored. I don't mind if people require longer to send money but communication is key in these matters, which is why I felt it appropriate to leave this feedback. If you have time to bump threads then you shouldn't need to be chased for a two second response to a pm.

      The items I sent arrived, but the items she sent, did not.
      Despite this, she was gracious enough to contact the post office to attempt t get a refund.
      She kept great communication throughout the months.
      Finally, the post office refunded her and I got my refund.
