Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I made an offer to Sat for some shoes she hadn't priced and she graciously accepted my offer. Before they were shipped, the shoes were accidentally damaged. She immediately notified me of the problem and gave me some choices. When I chose to take a refund she sent it to me immediately with nary a quibble. Overall, she is fair and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to buy something from her in the future, even if this transaction didn't quite get completed they way we expected. :)

    7. I bought two (clearance) wigs from her Blushed Roses website. When it turned out that one had accidently been sold, she was super sweet and made me a brand new one at the clearance price! The wigs are lovely and super soft and she was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely buy from her again! :aheartbea

    13. Sat is a wonderful person to do business with! I commissioned a wig from her, and she was wonderful about keeping me updated on her progress. She even sent me a free one to make up for being backed up in her work, even though she didn't have to do such a kindness. ^^;

      The wigs are beautiful and extremely well-made! Wouldn't hesitate to business with her again!
