It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Feedback for sat!

    1. I don't recommend doing comissions with Sat. She's had my money for 5 months, while I've been very patient with her, waiting for my MSD sized Kyo cosplay hoody.

      After months of lame excuses, she finally gives up and tells us all she's not going to make them. I'm very angry, because I've been so patient and all I'm getting from her is an impression of laziness.

      She has offered refunds, and hopefully I should recieve mine soon.

      EDIT: I have recieved my refund.
       
    2. Your refund has been sent. I am sorry again and this is one of the biggest reasons I am NOT doing commissions anymore for doll items. I have too many human customers to work out patterns on such a small scale.

      I am sorry that you are angry but in the end you did get your money back and I am glad that things are settled between us.

    12. I was part of a recent leeke group order she organized.
      Though it was a smooth process I was really really
      disappointed. The wig came to me damaged, since she
      sent it in a bag... I paid for priority from her to
      me. I knew she can get "free" usps priority boxes that
      way the wig was not going to be damaged, just like
      leeke sent it to her.

      If she had taken the time to tell me that she was waiting for
      the boxes I would have waited because I did not want a damaged
      scrunched up wig... After I messaged her twice +/-,
      she finally offered a refund? but what's
      that going to do? I lost the money and the wig in
      the process. I would like her to understand that
      while she is nice to organize group orders, she has
      the responsibility to get your item safe to you as the
      companies sent it to her.

      I can't recommend her.
       
    13. I told you that I have asked repeatedly to the post office about boxes and have been waiting quite some time for them to come in.... And I only got ONE PM, so where is the second one coming from? I offered a refund but you refused it....I can't offer anymore than that. Also everybody else got their wigs in the same packaging and their items were fine as I have sent them like this before.... I am sorry that you are disappointed, but my hands are tied.
