It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I ordered two pairs of custom eyes from Shelly, and she was an absolute peach. Very friendly, personable, and helpful. She was swamped when I placed my order, so it took her a while to get to it, but she offered me some free eyes for the trouble.
      Shipping itself was very fast! They arrived today and I couldn't be happier - My boy and my elfbaby finally have the most perfect eyes! As soon as I'm in the market for doll eyes again, Shelly will be at the top of my list.

    5. I ordered two pairs of eyes from Shelly. They took longer than she anticipated, so she sent along two pairs free! :) All four pairs are gorgeous! Shipping was quick once they were done, and they all look great. :) I'd definitely buy from her again, and am in fact planning out the next few pairs. :)

    11. I was part of the Metallic Glitter Eyes GO, which Shelly leaded, and I couldn't be more happier with it. Shelly did a great job with the GO, even with all the problems she had at the beginning with the company, where she got the eyes from first. But she was always friendly, kept us informed about everything and finally made it wonderfully! So thank you so much for being such a gorgeous GO leader, honey! You've done it great and I would always participate in one of your GOs again whenever I'll get the chance to. Highly recommended! :D

    20. I bought a gorgeous pair of silver/gold eyes from Shelly. This is my first time ordering doll eyes and she was so kind and helpful about it! She even offered that if the new eyes don't fit the doll, to just send them back and she would make a new pair in a different size. I will highly recommend her and look forward to much more dollie eyes business in the future.
