It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. I ordered a pair of 8mm eyes and a pair of custom eyes. The communication was fast, friendly and super nice. I even got a free pair because of a slight shipping delay (aprox. 1-2 days longer than the time frame should be) I did not even notice a delay:D I am very very happy with the eyes. Quality is great and colours are wonderfull. The custom eyes turned out to be so much what I wanted.
      I will defently order again. Thank you so much!

There was little problem on my side but she was patient with me :) Eyes arrived fast and safely packed and they look exactly as i needed them to well to be honest maybe bit better :fangirl: i will definitely order from you if i will need any kind of eyes. Bought some eyes from her at the beginning of February and saw that she had a looooooonnng list for that month (like dang it was long) so I was expecting it to take a while and that was no bother to me because I'm patient. A month rolled around and they came in the mail after being in "the Bermuda triangle of the USPS also known as Ohio" for 4 days. That's not her fault though, lol. I got the eyes and they were beautiful!! Even better in person, and they suited my dolls so well! She even gave me an extra pair because it took a long time, she's such a sweetie. In the middle of the order I wanted a pair of in-stock eyes and she replied quickly and nicely to wanting to add on to my order. Buy from her, she's amazing.

Purchased a set of eyes from Shelly, and when they arrived (earlier than expected!)- due to my monitor settings (print design- everything's darker), realized I didn't like the color - Shelly bent over backwards for me to get the color I had wanted all along- as well as emailing me sample after sample of color tones and eye designs. I wound up ordering another set, plus the replacement- she was just that good! She went above and beyond what I expected, and was just a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended, extremely kind and professional. She definitely has a returning customer now!
