It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Silveredfern did two of my Saint Mina girls.. One a full faceup and one a touch up and redo of lips.. Both came out beautiful and I highly recommend her to anyone that asks.. I have had faceups done from some of the best and I consider Silveredfern to be one of them.. her work is beautiful. communication & return time wonderful.. Catch her now cause one day their is going to be a long wait time for this fabulous artist. " )

    7. I had a faceup of my Luts HDF Pie done by Silveredfern. She was very great with communication, answered all my questions, and was very helpful since I am a newbie to the doll world (and mailing packages.. I was REALLY worried here lol).

      I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a faceup done within the US. Silveredfern was even gracious enough to follow my request of doing my doll's faceup/ship her back to me before my family's vacation (next mon. to July 8th). Thank you so much again!!! :aheartbea

    8. I ordered a fantasy faceup for my SOOM Onyx. It wasn't offered on her list at the time, however an absolutely magnificent job was done.

    9. Silveredfern painted two of my teeny-tiny Unoa Lights, a girl and a boy, and did a tremendously good job on such tiny little heads! Communication was always good and the shipping was prompt. I would definitely work with silveredfern again!

    10. silvered fern took part in a split i ran for a minifee, and she was a perfect participant. prompt and friendly in all her communications, made payments on time, (was very understanding and patient when there were a few hiccups beyond my control), and let me know right away when her items arrived. 100% recommended buyer! :) thanks again <3

    11. SilverdFern did a faceup and blushing on my R. Beyla and her unicorn parts. The job is absolutely beautiful, and communication with her was just as lovely this time as it was the last time we spoke. I recommend her completely, and hope to be a customer of her's again in the future.

    12. I commissioned Silverd Fern to paint my Minifee Chloe (and also do her hands) And I have to say she did a fantastic job! When I got my Chloe back I teared up so beautiful was she! Communication was great, and she did it all in reasonable time as well! I definantly recommend her and I hope to do much repeat buisness with her again! Thank you !
